This is my family’s favourite location. They always get our drinks correct. All the staff are friendly. And they know my son’s name 😅

I ordered an everything croissant and roasted ham sandwich as well as an apples, PB, & trail mix snack box.

The sandwich was pretty delicious as is most of their breakfast sandwiches, especially when you get them to heat it up. The snack box was definitely disappointing, especially for the price. I miss the cheese and fruit snack boxes that had cheddar, gouda, and brie cheese, apples, grapes, and crackers. It was a nice balance and was also filling. The other snack box that I am also used to getting would be the one that also had PB and apples but it also came with hard-boiled eggs, grapes, cheese, and bread for the PB. The snack box that I bought (the only one that was available at this location) definitely fell short and was far from filling. I hope they will have either of the options I mentioned above sometime in the future.

The service was pretty good. The person who took my order was very friendly and the rest of the people working seemed to be very organized and efficient. However, it did take awhile for me to receive my order despite the fact that there was no one ahead of me waiting at the pick-up counter. It seems like they prioritize the online orders moreso than the orders that are placed in the store. I probably waited about 8 minutes for them to heat up my sandwich (no drink was ordered).

The space is relatively small but does offer a variety of seating which is nice.

Overall, a decent experience with a few areas for improvement. However, I will say that this location was not as congested as how other Starbucks locations can be, probably due to its more discreet location.

Less busy than other Starbucks in the area if you want to sit and chat with a friend for a while. Lots of free parking.

Weird location. Maybe hard to find. It's under a rooftop parking beside Canadian Tire. Once inside... just a regular Starbucks.

Really sweet staff and food is prepared best as well. One of the best Starbucks experiences I've had in a while. Thanks guys!!

Without question the best Starbucks in the lower mainland! Especially barista Li Yi she is smart, always smiling , always willing to go that extra step to help customers & make it a Starbucks special moment. University educated in Bio Science & she still finds the time to work here . Whole staff has great attitude! They always remember your name or what you order , is one of the reasons I go here . Well Done !

The food here looks at least strange... The latte is presented in an unclear manner... The Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap looks like a strangely shaped flatbread... The egg bites are not served with a fork and napkin, you have to ask for them... And yet, the breakfast costs as much as in a decent restaurant...

Friendly staff, Parking here is usually easy with larger trucks.
Wait was a bit long as they where getting a large pick up order ready but it was worth the wait.
