They placed 2 large drinks in a paper bag and it started to leak. I returned to inquire about this and the two barista looked very angry, annoyed and judgemental towards me. They remade the drinks. You should use your common sense and place hot drinks in a paper tray.

This shop is very roomy, has good service and is near all Fraser Street amenities. There’s free parking out front as it’s in a small strip mall. I love picking out my free birthday treat every year. This year, the app was down, but I was given my treat anyway. That’s how accommodating they are. I ordered the ginger joy - gingerbread oat chai, lowest sweet; it was soooo good!

Food and drinks are great. But every single time I order a drink on Uber eats from this Starbucks, they always forget to put a straw in the bag. I’m not trying to be rude at all, but I’m not entirely sure how I am supposed to drink a Frappuccino with whip cream on top of it without a straw. You would think a straw would come with the drink but nope, only one of my online orders from them has actually come with a straw. I’m sitting here with a Frappuccino and no straw to drink it with. Not entirely sure what they’re expecting me do to lol.
If it was a one time thing I wouldn’t mind but consistently every time is a bit ridiculous.
