Horrible service with untrue info. They said they don’t take photos of screenshots and they said all Starbucks has changed their policies and this is not true. Went to another one and they happily took the card. Just horrible service

Here’s my beef with this location — I use to order coffee travellers for my class ahead of time; over the phone. I was quoted a time of 15 minutes and when I got there 18 minutes later it still wasn’t ready — they weren’t even close to being done. I apologized, said sorry I have to go; I have a class. Every single time I’ve visited since then I’m met with a look of disgust followed by poor/rude service and usually something wrong with my food or drink. They’re obviously upset I couldn’t wait. My advice to this lot is; if you think something will be ready in 15 minutes — tell the customer 20 or 25. Give yourself more time than you need because you’ll be their hero when you’re finished early. And if I heard that I could have said over the phone — “oh okay. I don’t have 25 minutes to spare. Have a nice day!” — and gone on my way. It’s every single barista with some kind of entitlement to my time for me :|

They placed 2 large drinks in a paper bag and it started to leak. I returned to inquire about this and the two barista looked very angry, annoyed and judgemental towards me. They remade the drinks. You should use your common sense and place hot drinks in a paper tray.
Very rude and judgemental staff.

Was just making sure my drink doesn’t have ice in it, the barista was giving me rude responses saying I need to ask while giving my order. There is absolutely no need for him to go mad at me. I was politely checking with him. Worst experience 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This shop is very roomy, has good service and is near all Fraser Street amenities. There’s free parking out front as it’s in a small strip mall. I love picking out my free birthday treat every year. This year, the app was down, but I was given my treat anyway. That’s how accommodating they are. I ordered the ginger joy - gingerbread oat chai, lowest sweet; it was soooo good!
