Id like to know whonthe hell the manager is here! Wow, 6 workers 2 ppl inside already have their order and doing work. I do a mobile order for 1 drink, and for whatever reason takes 10mins to make my drink. I'm sitting here watching all the workers and only 2 out of 6 are doing something. The other 4 standing around talking. Taking no initiative to make drinks or help out.

Terrible service at the drive thru specifically, I live close to this location and I drive all the way the Kaslo & Hastings location because I prefer their customer service and attention to detail. The staff is rude, and got the drinks wrong numerous times ; once giving me stale expresso which made me sick. Once they put my drive thru pick up order out on the counter and it was taken, they didn’t replace it. Frustrated and a waste of money! I won’t go to this location ever again.
