This is my favorite Starbucks in metro Vancouver. The staff are all lovely and always so welcoming when I walk in the door which is a lot. It feels like I am amongst friends. The manager, Kyle, is so friendly and kind and I am sure this is one of the reasons the staff seem happy working here!!!!

Nov 19 and 20. The background music in the later afternoon is headbanging metal style. What happened to coffeehouse style. I am regular customer fast losing my loyalty to this location

I just visited the store after ordering a dark roast coffee online, and I was surprised by what I saw. The barista was manually filtering my coffee by pouring hot water over the grounds instead of using the machine. When I asked about it, he admitted it wouldn’t be consistent and then switched to the machine. It felt like he was trying to save time and effort at the cost of the coffee’s quality.
I used to be a big fan of Starbucks, but over time the coffee just doesn’t taste the way it used to. I believe this might be because corners are being cut.

Whenever I come they know my name and my fave drinks. It's like cheers but with coffee 🥰
First time visited this location however the experience was disappointing. The barista greeted us immediately when we got in. We ordered our coffee and they were served quickly. While i was taking for photos of the store, one of the customers feel annoyed of me taking the photos while I said my pictures do not show any persons and asked her to check. In any event, her paranoid behavior was disturbing. The store itself is like other Starbucks store and it’s just unfortunate that we ran into a paranoid customer.

Gotta say love this shop. Any Starbucks around the city I know I’ll always get the best coffee and food . Other places are lackin. It’s a hit and miss with Tim’s and macdonals. There coffee and other things are cold and like day old . But not Starbucks. And when someone takes the time to write on my cup “ have a good day,or you got this”…. Well means lot.
