So I tried to avoid going to Starbucks for all the talk around who owns it and all the funding and all the stuff about ga za but today I was notified by Instagram that they are handing out special plastic cups if you order the holiday season coffee like pumpkin latte or chocolate cookie latte or something like that and I decided to give it a try, but I usually try not to go and make my coffee at home because of the reason mentioned above and also because it’s cheaper obviously

Ugh. They make you fill up the cup with water yourself but make you wait in line to order/beg for the cup. Do better Starbucks. Put out cups or fill the cup.

I placed my order through the app so I could pick it up quickly. When I arrived, my order was still being prepared, and I could see the staff working on it. I had requested no whipped cream, but instead of making a new drink, the staff member just scraped off the whipped cream and mixed the rest of the drink. He’s just laughing. On top of that, there were no crunch toppings, and I had to remind him. I tasted it and its bad! I didn’t have time to ask for a new one or complain since I was in a rush, which is exactly why I ordered online in the first place.
Your coffee is not cheap so please do your job

Anyone visiting English Bay should stop by this Starbucks. If it’s raining, it’s a great place to grab a cup of coffee. If it’s hot and sunny, you can cool off with a cold drink or a refreshing glass of water. The internet is reliable, and there’s plenty of seating and standing room.
