While I was sitting and drinking my coffee, even though I was at a table near the entrance, about 5 different people silently placed their cups, handbags, scarves, and other belongings on the corner of my table, which really irritated me. If it had been just one or two people, I would have considered it a their personality issue, but at this point I think it’s a problem with the café itself. Having strangers suddenly put their things on a table I was using, without saying a word, made it hard for me to concentrate. I've never experienced such a thing...

This location CONSISTENTLY GIVES BROKEN CUPS. Their cup holder damages them and the lids won’t stay on. Literally 3/4 of my visits here have me going back and asking for a new cup. I hope someone eventually burns themselves and sues, then uses this review as part of their case. As a former partner I know how corporate loves to cry about their “cup variance”…..something is wrong at this location and needs to change.

I normally avoid coffee shop chains but the staff here were so kind and lovely that I ended up going there every day while in the neighborhood. Honey Citrus Mint Tea is great for the autumn weather, and I think the local mug collection is really cute.

I have to buy something to use the washroom.I prefere donating the $5. I don't like your fake smile too.
It seemed a new barista was being trained with my drink. The trainer instructed how to read the label (recipe) and how to make the drink step by step, talking everything over my plastic cup.. I was afraid that saliva would go in my cup and thus I did not feel really good drinking my favorite one. I believe trainers should wear a mask if they have to speak a lot close to customers' cup.

Water is a human right! This is not a decent way to treat people. It was a hot day and he had his own cup. I am very disappointed that a Starbucks barista could behave this way!!! The second barista would not give us any water until he made sure we had made a purchase first! (I had ordered a passion iced tea with lemonade from the first barista by the way but this should not matter!!!) The person I was with asked for some water from a second barista in his own cup. The second barista was very nasty and asked if he had made a purchase. The implication was that if we had not made a purchase, he would not give him any water!! Water is a human right! It was a hot day. Hard to believe a Starbucks barista would be so inhumane!! This is an inhumane way to treat people. The person I was with said he was with me, and I walked up and showed my ice tea lemonade. Only then would the second barista give him any water. Hard to believe!! Starbucks should apologize for refusing water! Also there was no lime and they weren't even busy!! Mostly empty store that day, we had the whole long table to ourselves!

Worst Starbucks I ever seen in my entire life … I request to them for use a washroom just wash my hands and they reply are you buying something from here if no then can’t use washroom Becz it’s only for customers. No one spend $5 bucks on stupid coffee to use a washroom..
