I ordered 2 things through uber and you couldn’t even get that right. Thanks for the wrong order I paid 25 bucks for. Never ordering here again!!!!

Ordered a ham croissant and a plain one, but got two plain. Seriously disappointing for Starbucks, especially at these prices. What a terrible start to my day when I was rushing to work.

The audacity to ask for the a tip and none of the initiative to put cream and sugar in your coffee.
When I arrived, the staff member assumed I was there to pick up an order for someone else, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. I ordered an iced matcha latte with “light” ice, but the cup was still filled halfway with ice.
I also noticed the price was considerably higher than what I usually pay for the same drink in Coquitlam. Overall, the experience was disappointing, both in service and value.

I ordered an iced matcha drink and asked the barista to make it with just a little ice—about five cubes. The barista refused, saying, “It’s very hard to count ice cubes,” and ended up giving me a drink with no ice at all, even though I requested it twice. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Large Starbucks with a good number of seats.
No queue today - had a good espresso and enjoyed their good WiFi writing this post.

This branch is top. The staff and Fiona are the kindest people I’ve met at a Starbucks. She deserves a raise definitely.

Just enjoying a cup of coffee with the sunshine to relax. Right now I am trying to be in a place of calm, a place where I can chill out and then handle the chaos of life better. There was no line when I entered so it must be getting better

If they are not warming bakery items let us know before ordering. I ordered 5 minutes before closing on another starbucks they warmed up but they refused to do it at 7:36. Also employees were not wearing name tags.

As someone who brings their own cup 99% of the time, and someone who keeps it clean 99% of the time, my recent experience at this location was that 1% that I did not have a clean cup, due to just enjoying a drink across the street at JJ Bean earlier. I apologized as I placed my order and asked if they were okay giving my cup a rinse, I assumed it was okay, but I got an earful after the barista delivered my drink saying I should have brought it in clean or washed it in the restroom. That's sad, as I am respectful of bringing a clean cup and even asked while placing the order. Never have I felt so dehumanized. I will not be going to this location again.

Leaving 1 star only because i cannot leave 0 star.
Went in hoping to chill, but it was very unpleasant from the moment we got in the line that did not exist (we were the only new comers at the time). Stood there for about 3 minutes; we noticed all three ladies noticing our presence, but 1 was legit busy making an order. The two other ladies (a dyed red hair, and black hair with glasses) however, their behavior was rather impressive to be that bluntly rude and careless in such field of profession they chose to partake in. Maybe they had a rough day, but never ignore a customer when you work in service jobs. Please learn to communicate better so others won't have to feel what we felt today.
