As someone who brings their own cup 99% of the time, and someone who keeps it clean 99% of the time, my recent experience at this location was that 1% that I did not have a clean cup, due to just enjoying a drink across the street at JJ Bean earlier. I apologized as I placed my order and asked if they were okay giving my cup a rinse, I assumed it was okay, but I got an earful after the barista delivered my drink saying I should have brought it in clean or washed it in the restroom. That's sad, as I am respectful of bringing a clean cup and even asked while placing the order. Never have I felt so dehumanized. I will not be going to this location again.

Leaving 1 star only because i cannot leave 0 star. Went in hoping to chill, but it was very unpleasant from the moment we got in the line that did not exist (we were the only new comers at the time). Stood there for about 3 minutes; we noticed all three ladies noticing our presence, but 1 was legit busy making an order. The two other ladies (a dyed red hair, and black hair with glasses) however, their behavior was rather impressive to be that bluntly rude and careless in such field of profession they chose to partake in. Maybe they had a rough day, but never ignore a customer when you work in service jobs. Please learn to communicate better so others won't have to feel what we felt today.

I have to say I took a picture of my venti latte because it was less than a Grande.. and while the supervisor on site saw me standing there and came and poured it in. When I looked at her with confusion, she just walked away..

I came around 645 am and it was an excellent experience. The barista greeted each incoming customer with an energetic "Good morning!" And it just made my day better as mornings are awful in the winter (as much of an early bird I am.) The seating is spaced out and clean.
Only star deducted was for a lukewarm drink that was meant to be extra hot!

Went in this afternoon to grab one of the new holiday drinks that just dropped, and the girl working cash was so sweet! Didn't catch her name but she was so nice and enthusiastic and made my first holiday drink of the year that much more enjoyable! <33

Not sure what the issue was today with the barista, Mary.
I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Frappuccino through the til with “Yuyu”, was asked if I wanted cinnamon dolce syrup and topping, and paid.
The drink was made but was cream based instead of the usual coffee base that I get.
I tell Mary about the issue, I wasn’t blaming her at all I was honestly just hoping for her to offer to correct it as I know it wasn’t her who put the order through. Instead she comes at me with an attitude to explain that she has been making the drinks based on the order that was put in.
Wasn’t looking for her to explain herself, but a simple “my apologies, let me fix that for you” would’ve been just fine.
Also, “Yuyu” needs some work as they seemed unsure of what to put in for the drink and should’ve asked some questions to get the drink right.
End result, I walked out and tossed that drink in the trash.
Great place for a quick meeting... very clean and friendly staff.

Starbucks Cambie & 19th!We recommend taking away from the cafe located on Cambie St, W 19th Ave and enjoying coffee while sitting outside.In spring, the cherry blossoms in the alley across from the cafe are so pretty.Overall, the area around the cafe is quiet, so I recommend sitting back and enjoying your coffee slowly.
