This usually my spot to go for a quick grab for starbucks but this recent experience I had was disappointing. This filipina barista who had audacity to gossip and take her time while there was a back log of orders. Luckily manager/supervisor sorted my refund. I was in a hurry and she was slow at orders. Got my order from other location. It was a waste of time. Please educate your staff

Nice small Starbucks if your in the hotel across the street. Im not a big Starbucks drinker but I did pop in here earlier this year to grab a cup since I needed to kill a few mins. Very quiet in the morning which is nice.

I visited the store around 11:30 AM to grab a bite and a coffee. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The lady at the front, who appeared to be Asian, was extremely rude and dismissive. I tried to provide specific instructions for my coffee, but she interrupted me midway, ignored my preferences, and served a poorly made drink.

I also raised the issue with the manager, but they were equally rude and unhelpful, which made the situation worse. This was my first visit to this location, and based on this experience, I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a good Starbucks coffee.

As a suggestion, I urge the staff to treat all customers with kindness and respect, regardless of their background or ethnicity. Everyone deserves to be heard and treated with dignity.

One day, I ordered a coffee at work and had specifically asked for less ice, but it was made with too much. I wasn’t fully satisfied with it, so I mentioned it to Sina. He responded very kindly and professionally, and offered me a new coffee free of charge.
That small gesture made a big difference
it gave me a positive feeling and showed that customer satisfaction and team support really matter in our workplace. I appreciated how he handled the situation with respect and responsibility, turning a small issue into a great experience.

Wanted me to buy something to use the washroom. I mean I get that, but sometimes it’s a judgment call, and not letting a pregnant lady use your washroom is not a good look, Starbucks. I would’ve bought something if I didn’t already have an iced coffee from elsewhere… and based on this interaction I’m going to continue getting my coffees elsewhere. Thanks for nothing, Starbucks.

VERY disappointed with the beverage quality at this location. Shaken espresso made with enough milk to be even more than an iced latte. It’s only supposed to be a SPLASH of milk. Very little ice and I never ordered light ice. Management and supervisors please go over proper standard drink builds with your baristas.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years, often visiting daily. However, my recent experience at this location left me disappointed and embarrassed. I needed to use the washroom, so I asked for the access code. The staff member told me it was for customers only. I explained that I had purchased a coffee from another Starbucks location just 40 minutes earlier and even offered to show proof of my purchase on my phone. Despite this, another staff member, Edwin, intervened and insisted that I had to make a purchase specifically at this store to access the washroom.

The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, especially since I was treated as though my loyalty and prior purchase didn’t matter. The raised tone and the way the situation was handled left me feeling embarrassed as others in the store looked on. If this is a policy for this location, I believe Starbucks should clearly state such restrictions to avoid confusion and discomfort for their customers.

I’ve since deleted the app and, as of now, won’t be returning to Starbucks. For a brand that prides itself on customer service, this experience was both disheartening and disappointing.
