This location consistently makes bad drinks on weekday mornings. I've ordered a brown sugar oat americano or London fog at probably 20 different locations, 100+ times.
Every single time I get it here, its bad. I have only ever asked for a drink to be remade once at this location because a person can only handle so many $8 drinks that are made incorrectly.
The issue is they seemed annoyed and hesitant when I asked for it to be remade. Literally just make it like every other Starbucks does, and you wouldn't have an issue.

Very cold coffee is served when you expect your day to start with a warm refreshing coffee and when you take the first sip it’s so cold that you wanna throw it to garbage!

I got take out chai latte and they didn’t even give me what I ordered. I only tried it after I left and it was just a normal coffee. Not what I ordered even though it said chai latte on the side. Not the first time I’ve ordered from here and they messed up my order.

I drop by this Starbucks at Melville&Bute every morning and lunch, and it’s always a delightful experience. I cannot pick only one or two staff to give compliments. The staffs here are incredibly friendly and always greets ppl warmly, which brightens my day. The drinks are always served right on time, and even when I place large orders about 20-25 drinks with all different options, they never make a mistake. Every staff member works diligently, ensuring top-notch service. They always make my day!! Thank you allllll!
