Quite a disappointing experience this afternoon. I accidentally mobile ordered to the wrong location and when I asked the staff if they could possibly make it at this location instead since I was in a rush they said they couldn’t because there was food in my order. If the store was busy I could understand but I was the only customer and the staff just continued on in their conversation after offering me no solution except to walk to the other location.

For a company that focuses on making the moment right, the 3 staff working at the time did not demonstrate this at all. I will not be returning this location and advise everyone to stay away.

There aren't many Starbucks with seating but this one has chairs so you can sit and enjoy your coffee and food.
I ordered a new drink for the kids, and Ted told me it was a high-caffeine beverage. So I changed the order. Thanks, Ted!!
Both the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. The barista, Clare, was quite rude and dismissive. When I asked a simple question about my order, she responded with an attitude and seemed irritated. Customer service is usually great here, but Clare’s behavior made me feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience

Rainbow Love

Rude rude rude customer service. The girl Tanya, Filipino girl… or whatever her name is need to learn some manners and customer service. It’s my birthday and she refused to give me a drink even though I have downloaded the app. I spend at least $200-300 a month at Starbucks this is completely unacceptable!

I visited this location several times during my recent trip to Vancouver. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and made me feel like a truly valued customer. For a small location it offers a big return in both service and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I am a former partner and I got my drink from this store last week, and I called them back that it is not half sweet as per I asked, and the lady told me that you can come back and we can give you a remake, but today when I went there, the asian supervisor was really mean and started arguing with me that the policies only for 24 hours irrespective of the fact it’s not about the drink, but it’s all about how you communicate I feel bad for the manager who made her the shift supervisor who doesn’t even know how to communicate with customer because as far as I know, we are supposed to fix their concerns rather than boasting.

Limited seating with 2 tall tables and 4 tall chairs. A banquet with 2 small round tables. No washrooms on site. No electrical outlets.

This location is VERY BUSY! With morning office traffic I suggest ordering online as wait times can be long. There is usually a crowd around the order pick up area. The employees here are always nice and kind but it’s clear they are very busy. Usually in morning if ordering on app it’s 3-6 minutes for a small order to be ready. I have seen it above 10 minutes before. Sometimes it’s a little annoying they check your order as complete on the app but not the whole order is ready for pick up yet. Very limited seating and it’s so crowded in this store during rush hour for coffee (weekdays mornings) that it would not be comfortable to seat. This location is right beside the American embassy which usually has a line on the sidewalk so seems like a lot of traffic from there end up waiting inside the lobby of this building specifically if the weather is bad. This is more of a grab and go location over seating down. Starbucks food/drink quality the same as other locations.
