I feel very sorry for the workers who are working hard and clearly dedicated, but are constantly bothered by inconvenient clients asking for more sugar, more cream, and more of everything. Management needs to do something to better protect and support their staff. Because of this, it will be hard for me to return. Overall, very bad experience. Impossible to stay and enjoy the coffee.

I don’t want to leave any negativity reviews but this is too much. First, when I ordered my drink around October they put cinamon on my drinks without even saying sorry with the barista who made my drinks. I’m allergic with cinamon and they offered a $9.65 store credit like what should I do with that?!! Second today I visited again November 14 12:08pm and this barista named Dan who ever that person. Made my drinks wrong and giving me an attitude telling me that I have to double check with my order next time and roll his eyes on me! I used to work in Starbucks as well but we always consider a good customer service. Not attitude employees and having a cinamon allergy $9.65 doesn’t do anything is my life in risk!! I was in the hospital for 2 days!!! And now this barista who made my drink name DAN having attitude!!

After a new merchandise came, I called a day back asking if they’re gonna have the bear Glass, And the guy agreed that he got a few of them, Today morning, me and bunch of people waiting from 4 AM to grab at least one. They told us they never received or was sold out. We also noticed a barista getting a hello Kitty Tumblr before opening store from the shelf and took it to the back💔.
Good quick service. Glad it was open at 6:30 am when I arrived.

Hey Starbucks executives. This review is for your just closed 745 Denman location. I meant to leave a feedback earlier, but can no longer do so. Thus,I have to leave it at this nearby location.
The 745 Denman location was horrible because a few years back when I was there someone stole my new phone. When I asked the manager to review the security video footage, she refused to help me. Well, guess what Starbucks executives? I never returned to Starbucks again. You will never make a penny off of me again! I lost an expensive phone with personal data in it, while visiting your store, and you turned a blind eye.
