Really good service, nice customer attention although sometimes there's a big line of people, so a little bit of waiting here and there, but overall is good.

Staff member was extremely rude when I asked to use the washroom prior to ordering. Would have been more offended but it took me a few seconds to understand what she was saying. As soon as I showed my app was open, her demeanor changed. I get you have a lot of homeless in the area but some customers like to wash their hands before eating.

I have to give up, the last couple of times they have messed up my drink order not only that but I just do not find the vibes warm or welcoming compared to other locations. While I did appreciate the fact it’s closer to my office and more on the way I will be going to a different location because it will be more worth it in the end. For the longest time this was a great location but not anymore.

This Starbucks branch is always so jolly and cheerful. Every time I stop by, it's always pleasant. The only real downside is that there’s very limited seating, and it's quite narrow.

Usually I visit this place twice a week when I am in office. Today they took more than 15 mins to prepare a coffee even though it wasn't crowded. People behind me was already getting their coffee ready so I was just about to check with one guy (skinny Guy) at the front. He was so rude and replied like 'What do you want know from me? its all lined up blah blah'. Then another lady came in and checked, the coffee was already prepared but wrong size than what I ordered. Again had to wait another 10 mins. Never going back there.

Extremely Disappointed – Foreign Object in My Drink
I am beyond shocked and disappointed with my recent order from Starbucks. I ordered a hot mocha, and to my absolute disgust, I found a large foreign plastic piece inside my cup after I had already consumed most of the drink. This is completely unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on quality and customer trust.
Not only is this a serious health and safety hazard, but it also shows a complete lack of quality control. Imagine if someone had accidentally swallowed this – it could have caused choking or worse. For a company of Starbucks’ scale, this kind of negligence is alarming and needs urgent attention.
I expect Starbucks to take full responsibility for this incident, investigate how such a thing could even happen, and ensure stricter quality checks moving forward. As a paying customer, I should feel confident that what I’m drinking is safe – unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed that trust.
I hope Starbucks takes this matter seriously and responds appropriately, not only with an apology but with concrete action to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks and it was top notch! My friends and I were served by Tyler and the service was excellent. All of our drinks were made how we like and were delicious, service was quick and friendly. We will definitely come back to this location next time we're in the area.

Plz stop asking every indian guy “are u uber”.
I was wearing my security uniform.. the male staff recognized me because i go there a lot but female staff asked me twice the same question “are u uber”.

Not the best Starbucks experience. The staff are friendly but 15 mins is too long of a wait for a lousy Cappuccino and given the rather small space there was some crowding from the people waiting for their order
