they told me people are no longer able to get free water? This is the first starbucks that told me “the policy change”— if this is a policy, I and many customers would not agree. Water is a basic human need and for starbucks a multi billion dollar company able to send money to Israel but not give local citizens water 😂 Water is also freely accessible in Vancouver… you don’t lose anything by helping someone prevent fall ill. What if someone was having heatstroke or needed medication? Literally anyone else would give water… (mcdonalds, a&w)

Ordered ice matcha latte here the 3rd time today and my drink was still all foam waited till the foam was gone and my drink was only a lil bit half of the cup. I did order to other location with same thing to compare and barely any foam. I only ordered the 3rd time to give this location another chance maybe it’s just depending on the barista but nothing change. 3rd time is enough wont be ordering matcha latte here.
Worst matcha I ever had in an Starbucks, really! What was that? Doesn’t even taste like matcha. Never come here
