Probably the worst Starbucks you’ll ever visit. Takes 20 minutes to get a coffee, even if it’s not busy. They regularly just stop serving warm food if it gets too busy. Just an unorganized mess

One of the cleanest and efficient stores I’ve been to in a long time. We came in just before lunch and usually by this time of day most stores cafes’s are pretty messy, but this stores floors were spotless and the countertops and tables were all clean. The garbages were empty too-which is rare to find in a starbucks these days. Very friendly and quick service, I got my food and drinks in under 5 min-which is great when you have a toddler with you. Will definitely be coming back!!

Starbucks changed their syrups to the cheaper version n so we ... stopped going, because too many mistakes with drinks n too much nickel n diming... they charge $2.00 for non dairy milk & they no longer give complimentary drinks or even credits if they make a mistake with yours like they used to. And everything taste horrible no longer the same...Cheap we don't even think it's syrups or anything real anymore. Sooo many other YUMMIER cafés in Vancouver thankfully...with Quality ingredients & and YES, they're priced the same & even CHEAPER.

I give no stars for service. was in there earlier this week. Ordered a London Fog & when received it in my own cup asked the barista to tighten the lid for me & she said no it's against store policy & walked away. I have a broken arm & am in a visible cast. I spoke with her supervisor who told me store policy dictated staff not touch lids. So much for being helpful Starbucks!

Excellent customer service. I had a very large order filled for meetings during the week. Manager Michelle and supervisor Edson went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Excellent service!
