I frequent this Starbucks almost daily. And I have to say, this is the friendliest and reliable location I have visited: granted the rush hour scene can get very crazy, but the folks that work here are some of the most genuine, and cheerful people I’ve ever come across! Thanks for always putting a smile and taking care of your customers!

Didn't even have to try the products of Starbucks. Everyone already knows there name as it's a household name. Correct me if I'm wrong please as I only have BC Food Safe level 1, but I'm pretty sure any business selling freshly prepared food or drink items must have washrooms for their customers. I'm sure all Starbucks employees do, right?
I was going to be a customer and see if they would pay for my fair so I could use the only public washroom available at this time of day in this area. But no way, a. employee or manager?... Lipped me off, first thing in the morning.

The first Starbucks store in Canada ! The service is good and the beverages are really good! It is inside the waterfront station and it is more like a to go store . If you are starbucks fan you should try it :)

I generally frequent here with no issues but today’s service was horrible. Mobile order, went to pick up and the lady said my order was being made despite me seeing an order ready on the counter. Waited an additional 10 minutes and checked again. Turns out it was my order that had cooled down in temperature. The lady wasn’t empathetic at all and said “it’s right here”.
I really like most of the staff here but really don’t know why this went wrong today.

Starbucks in Waterfront station located at Downtown Vancouver has been noted as the first store in Canada since 1987. Still has great service and easy to access at the entrance gate of transit. Very friendly staff and organized.
