Great location and the customer service is efficient and friendly. There are limited seats, but it's a Monday morning at 8:00AM and a lot of seats are available (most people are just taking their coffee to go). The only annoying thing is that the employees keep yelling "good morning" every time someone walks in the door (which is around every 30 seconds) which is a LOT of noise for a Monday morning. It's kind of them, but with that on top of yelling out drink orders, it's a lot of yelling.

Stopped here one evening to enjoy a cup of hot tea and chocolate cookie. Good music, relaxed environment, exactly what was needed after a day of traveling. Nice views of Seymour St and just a few places from our Marriott hotel.

It's a starbucks. Sometimes they don't have the online menu available and you awkwardly find out when you get there.

For a while, I couldn't remember going to a Starbucks in Vancouver, but I finally remembered. I was walking back to my hotel and I was ready to sit down for a while. I ordered some sort of rose tea which was pretty good although these drinks always taste like boiled flowers. Some outdoor seating which was a little chilly this time of year, but friendly staff and all that sort of thing.
