Half filled my venti strawberry açai refresher because I ordered “no ice”. Had no problem ordering in another location because it was always filled to the top just fine. The worker ended up adding a little bit more juice and filling it up with water.

Yesterday i went there with my friend and i ordered2 hot chocolate they took alot of time to make it, secondly they didn’t add chocolate Syrup when i asked they said it doesn’t come with i don’t understand how they can consider milk and whipping cream is a hot chocolate such a horrible drink i had yesterday from this location. Disappointed

Terrible. Mistakes galore, freakishly slow, dishonest arrogant staff. No integrity. It’s torture, make it stop ?They are apparently not a chain Starbucks but a purchased franchise Starbucks according to the “supervisor”. That’s why they don’t do bring your own cup and know nothing about it and it also costs 20 cents more than a chain Starbucks. Would recommend skipping this location.

Bad customer service !! Should train the employees to be more polite, the women who took my order was rude and it was the second time they made my frappe wrong.

This location struggles with speed more than anything else typical Starbucks visits you absentmindedly wander up to the till, mutter and ramble off ingredients you want added to your morning coffee a few half successful attempts to pay (including scanning your starbucks card at all the wrong times, scanning thinking you paid, and paying with card that needs reloading first) finally you'll make it to the pick up and you take it and go aaaah caffeine now I can function like a human being well. here. at this location. not quite the same. the feeling is always the staff is the ones that need coffee order coffee. sorry you wanted X? no. I say XX. oh sorry yes is that everything. no I said I wanted it with such and such. okay sure. anything else. and the skim milk oh okay regular. no I said skim okay sure that everything yes. scan card oh not yet. tap tap tap now? yes. oh it didn't work hang on. yes try now. yes all good. thank you have a good day. go to pick up. the wait is long. not sure why. typically. you can order and your coffee on the other end is ready within about 15-20 seconds longer. at most. but this location it is more like 1-4 mins sometimes. and it's just "I dunno. Maybe they just used to slower pace?" every visit so far. it's taken 7-10 mins to get "venti blonde with 1/2 sweet peppermint and 1" cold milk skim. I mean. I can make the same drink. at home. In under "1" min. with my Phillips LATTEGO 5400. since they take soooo long to take one order at the till. it's a wonder why there's still a wait at the pick up counter. but. they do TRY. they do SMILE. they do SAY GOOD MORNIN. they do say HAVE A NICE DAY. so their pleasantries are there! they just really gotta work on speed. this location really struggles to offer blonde anything. but. the manager did say he is committed to improving the experience and speak and get his staff to understand they represent Starbucks franchised or not, and that they "have blond coffee" and they "serve blond coffee" and they don't tell customers we don't make it don't have stock of it etc. very committed manager. only took 12 hrs from the time I complained to customer service rep who spoke to district manager who I guess in turn spoke to the actual store manager. who came in extra early so he could bump into me. To get this resolved. I'm impressed on that front. Thank you

Every time I come to this Starbucks I remember why I hate ordering here (and I try my very best to avoid it at all costs…) They NEVER EVER NEEEEEEEVER have your online order ready. N-E-V-E-R. Infuriating.

You might just close this location. Every time I come on weekends they are out of every thing at 3:30pm. The staff on weekends are lazyyyy, They say we are closing. What do you mean you are closing.it closes by 4pm make another coffee do your job. Week days they have coffee until 4pm. Why ruin someones day
