I enjoy going to Starbucks at UBC. The staff work hard to get everyone’s drink efficiently and correctly. For all you complainers I would like to see you working at Starbucks. Long hours while working on weekends to pay for school. And then dealing with people who are upset about their drinks. Honestly get a life. Many of you will be ubc students. Privileged and complaining about nothing. Why do’t you focus your criticisms on something more constructive.

I'm surprised by all of the bad reviews, the team here has always been so friendly, I always enjoy talking to them. They're super quick, I usually don't have to wait long at this location, and when I do, it's not for very long. Definitely one of my favourite locations in Vancouver, especially at UBC.
