This Starbucks frustrates me alot. They are slow to make drinks. You can go in there with only 1 person in line and have to wait for 15 minutes because there is one person working the barista station(3 people actually working, one cash, one in back) and they have 8 ridiculously complicated drinks to make because of online orders. I will never go back to this one because they make people in the store wait.....online orders should never affect direct in person sales.....like it did today
Asked for light ice it was written on the cup. Got a cup full of ice in the drink I ordered I asked for it to be made properly and the staff scooped the ice out and added 1/4 cup of lavender instead. Wrote “Need a friend” on my cup! I wasn’t even rude when she looked at me and said it is light ice after I pointed out the mistake. It was 3/4 full of ice and she said it is light ice three times. Then I saw the fix scooping the ice out I sternly asked for a remake I wasn’t accepting that ignorance.
Very friendly coffee shop 😋. Great location and lots of parking available. Love it 😀
Service was what you would expect from Starbucks's employees. Fast, efficient and kind.
What was not fast, efficient, and in my humble opinion.. 'kind' was the near mandatory tip of their machines. I got a Matcha latte TO GO.
Their predatory practices for their payment machine first gives 2 options before paying, both of which are different tip amounts.
If you would like the HIDDEN 3rd option you are to cross both a mental barrier and social barrier of awkwardness by picking up the machine, figuring out where the arrows are, press the arrow button down TWICE, press the circle button, MANUALLY put in 0.00 then wait in awkwardness as the guilt of effort for your decision of a 0 tip overcomes you as a poor university student.
Boo to the culture of near-mandatory tipping for to-go services and pick-up services.
Remove the social and physical barrier of forced tips from the machine.
A predatory practice that isn't prevalent in any other Starbucks location, especially near a university.
Tip above average services, especially exceptional services. Don't tip business predators. Be better.
Staffs are good and maybe a good place to chill and study. But highly disappointed with the pistachio latte. There was no pistachio (or anything similar to that) and it wasn't the pistachio latte, it was just a sugary latte.
Kevin the big kahuna was an absolute legend helping us out at 6:30am with our big order. Props to the whole team for their professionalism and chill attitude.
** Not a supporter of Starbucks as a company but we picked up coffee there for an event. 🍉☕️✨

Mobile orders are consistently delayed (8:45-9:00 am) range beyond 5 minutes. This is true for many of my orders that I place in advance, sometimes as early as 8:30 or 8:40 am. Pretty poor

This one staff was extremely slow, NON-STOP was chatting with a customer instead of making orders, she would stop what she’s doing just to listen to what the customer was gossiping to her about (yes it was gossips not anything like customer request or anything), 10min after the ‘estimated pickup time’ on the app and she only JUST started making the drink (was not doing anything, ONLY chatting cuz clearly making a frapp the sound will disrupt her little chat with the customer?was there since 9:20, estimated pickup time was 9:24, only got the drink at 9:37 was watching her chatting this entire time barely doing work) as someone who works in food service industry I’m not sure how this is acceptable for the business as every place I worked at ‘chatting/gossiping when there’s multiple orders due’ is not quite an acceptable thing

OVER PRICED. I went the other day to buy a bottle of vanilla. I always purchase it for $12.95 a bottle. The other day the barista told me the price went up to $24.95. That is a $12 price hike!! I phoned customer service to ask if that was the correct price. They said they would have a district manager call me to discuss. It has been 5 days and no call.

Drink was okay, but this lady thats preparing the drink around 5.30pm didn't put the lid on, and didn't even care to put it properly after instructed. Almost spilled the coffee when grabbing the cup, not sure if the policy/standard changed.

A sad starbucks - no life basic fitout - just a sad

It used to be fine, but lately operations have gotten slow. Twice in a week I've seen people blocking the side door because they're waiting for their orders.Although I feel they are short-staffed and some staff are probably new, taking 20mins for a pike and a double smoke bacon is way too much. Now I just have to run to my work.
