used to be a big fan of this branch but recently they’ve gotten so bad with their service, you have to wait over 10 minutes for simple drinks and they always forget to heat up your food so by the time the drink is ready you have to remind them that your food is not there as if you can’t see it still cold on the counter in its packaging …
Idk her name but avoid the girl with blue hair, always in a rush and is quite rude towards her staff and customers she serves. There’s also a new manager who is super cheery and seems to bring up store moral when he’s there which is great !I’ve stopped coming in other than mornings cuz this location gets very busy with all the students in the afternoon and evening. The staff are all well trained though, they send out drink after drink all looking pretty picture perfect...
