I'm a seasonal drink sucker.

This is by far my favourite Starbucks at UBC, I always come here to get my coffee!! Sabina is the sweetest and she always goes out of her way to make sure you're happy!

I don't usually write reviews but Sabina at this location is the best! I've been coming in regularly for quite some time because my classes are close to this location and she recognizes me almost immediately and goes out of her way to explain new recommendations to me. She is fast, efficient, and super friendly. My favorite location on campus!

Out of all the Starbucks at UBC, this location is my favourite. I specifically walk 15 min to get to this Starbucks in between classes because they just get my drink right. Whenever im there, Sabina is so friendly and strikes up a conversation. Highly recommend!

I bought a turkey bacon sandwich and it was frozen after heating it up. when i complaint they said, there is nothing they can do. so

it's a convenient location to hit in between classes, but i've had several bad encounters with staff here. they're honestly rude and looked so annoyed with me when i brought my own cup. the employee acted like my own cup made her job 100x harder and wasn't afraid to show it.

The Asian old barista was so rude when I requested my drink to be easy in ice. She refused to do east on ice for my drink .Starbucks please train your baristas accordingly if you want to gain traffic on your business:

I never leave reviews, but the barista here made me feel so awful and humiliated I can’t just let this go. I asked for cream in my coffee at the register, but there wasn’t any when I got it. I politely asked for some in there, and the barista rolled her eyes and yelled at me in front of many other customers about how I have to say at the register if I want cream. I honestly thought this was a joke because she was so agitated over this. I told her I did say and she simply yelled at me saying that I didn’t. I don’t mind when baristas are grumpy when they’re busy, but her attitude was something I have never seen anywhere in the service industry. Coffee wasn’t even that good.
