Terrible service. Came here 7/12 at 12:30pm to get mobile order. The drink was right in front of the barista (a lady with glass). But she refuse to hand over the drink and said no she can’t hand over the drink. Told me that I have to wait. Literally means wait till whenever she feels like handing it over.

I walk in and hear, im not going to clean the counter because it's going to get messy again anyway, sign of laziness, the same brown lady who said she wasnt going to clean the counter is the same lazy person who tried telling me cold foam and sweet cream are the same thing, no there not, educate your staff on service, product knowledge and cleanliness for health and safety reasons.

Terrible service. Went in for a latte and left without a latte after waiting 20 mins from ordering. Only one of the four people behind the counter seemed to have any clue what was going on and people who ordered after me were getting their drinks first. I’ve had faster service from airport Starbucks with one person working.

Nothing fancy about this location, in fact it seems a bit bland. Regardless, the baristas were very pleasant and did a good job with our orders. I can see this location being more for local/walking traffic as parking is available only on the street.

First and ever seen Starbucks staff services like this! Poor staff service! Very impatient! I just want to confirm with my order and that particular staff who making food gave me a very rude answer. It make me feel I could not have any concerns or questions with it.... She made my day very bad mood. Don't want to stop by this Starbucks again!
