This location has about four parking spots for small cars which is good. Price is the same like many other Starbucks in Vancouver. Customer Service is very poor. For example, I requested a staff to pick a mug left on a table by another guest and the staff refused. I then talked to the supervisor who seemed to handle it by himself. Staff are not aware of customer expectations at this location. Good location, poorly trained staff, and as a result, poor customer service.

Service is so nice and professional. It’s almost divine. I dunno who trains these guys but damn they good.
Also I order dark roast coffee grande always. Man it’s always spot on. Fresh and just right. I don’t know how they always do it this good lol. I go on Saturdays so maybe it’s specific for this day.

Extremely Disrespectful and Discriminatory Behavior at Starbucks – July 3rd, 4:45 PM
I had a very disturbing experience at this Starbucks location on July 3rd around 4:45 PM. As soon as I entered and politely asked the staff member where the washroom was, he immediately responded with, “You have to make a purchase to use the washroom.” I was about to comply, but then he suddenly insisted I had to purchase before using the washroom, in a very rude and dismissive tone.
The way he treated me felt extremely discriminatory, as if I was being profiled or assumed to be homeless just for asking to use a basic facility. There was absolutely no courtesy or respect — just judgment and attitude. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years, and I’ve never felt so humiliated inside one of your stores.
This is unacceptable. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome, disrespected, or stereotyped. I hope Starbucks takes this matter seriously and provides proper training to ensure this kind of behavior never happens again. Discrimination — in any form — has no place in your stores.
I placed an order for pickup and the staff at this location were so lovely!

I ordered a brow sugar oat shaken spresso venti size but looks like I’m ordered ice …. In two gulps I’m almost finish the drink … it’s not fair pay for just ice , I will never get back to bought coffee here its an abuse 😡
Walked in to claim my birthday reward, and the server says too bad and it's too late to claim your gift. My birthday was 2 days ago.
Very good customer, sincere
The hours online say they're open at 5am on Sundays. At 515 I waited in the drive through for 5 minute no one took my order. When I drove by the window to see if any staff were inside there were a few staff inside.
I ordered food online, but the address was wrong. The waiter who entered the store saw this and made me a new one. The service was really good👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
