the worst coffee I've ever had in Starbucks! I don't know what was wrong with it, but it was sour! it had 2 sugars and it was very sour, I just had to throw it out.

I am not a Starbucks fan but this Starbucks in the Safeway store is the best in Vancouver. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They will customize your drinks if you have options. The coffee is always consistent not like some locations where the flavour can vary. They must be good as most days you will see a line up of regulars getting their afternoon coffee or tea. If you time it right they do rounds of samples on a variety of pasteries. Definately worth while to stop in and try their coffee.

I made an mobile order just today, there were 2 ladies and one gentlemen. I waited for my order to be called for 15 mins and still nothing, and so I thought I'll just line up and ask about the order not to be rude because they were quite busy. The red hair lady told me to wait a moment and so I said ok, during this 2 mins others started to line up behind me. A new CS came by to help out just guess what she helps the second person in line without even acknowledging me. This was a horrible experience, wasted my time.
