Orders being placed after my order have been continuously been served before I even can see my order started.

It apparently takes two baristas to fill the traveller coffee jug.

When I mention I have been waiting for 15mins and have an appointment, it’s brushed aside.

Save your time, go someplace else.

Drinks here are a hit or miss! Most of the time, it turns out too sweet or diluted. If it's not for the location, I would go to another Starbucks. I gave a 4 star for service because most of the time if the drink is not acceptable, they would redo the drink. Overall, ok since it's close to where I live. I wish they would standardize the drinks a bit more.

Gurnett made my two drinks even though he had cleaned the machine before the closing. He was super nice.

Won’t give a star if I can. This place is ridiculous. I asked for grande no ice and the barista said she would charge me for the “extra coconut milk” (to fill the room for ice). The texture also doesn’t look as what I got from other Starbucks. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Won’t come again.

I am very disappointed in this location. I ordered a caramel frappuccino when I received it, the texture of it was liquid as if I ordered an ice coffee of some sort. I went back and showed it to her and she acknowledge it was too liquidy and remade it. However, the second time around was time around was no better than the first. It was still liquidy. If I am paying g $6 for a frappuccino, I am expecting a blended drink, not an iced coffee. I hope that someone will be reaching out to me soon to resolve this issue.

I went to this location today and requested a decaffeinated Americano, repeated decaff when ordered and confirmed decaff when picked it up and later discovered it was caffeinated. Ugh. I’m very sensitive to caffeine and this just completely ruined my day. Won’t go back to this location. Also because they don’t do mobile pick up or use Starbucks rewards.
