I ordered two matcha oat latte cold with no ice, they first made frappuccinos, and then after they made two with ice, I don’t know how careless they can be. I repeated no ice for 6 times and they still couldn’t hear me… and girl stop talking, you’re at your least efficiency, I waited for like 30 minutes

We ordered chai tea and caramel ribbon crunch. When we had our first sip it was so perfectly made. I have been to many other places but here was my best experience. A girl named Rekha, she is the best. She made our drinks with love. We love it. You are the best girl. You made our day. Good luck to you.

This place used to be okay but after having new staff I found this is no longer a place where used to be. The ladies are just chatting each other (every time I visited) in their own language (sometimes in English) do not care about customers in long lineup.

I was at this location on July 3 2025 11am and the 2 lady working as staff treated really rude and yelling for asking would you mind repeat again I couldn’t hear you!!
I asked for less milk and all they did was put 70% milk and 30 coffee, ( if you get caramel macchiato you can tell difference)
Over all really disappointed and unhappy about this situation.
