I had a grande caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with NO coffee. The guy put in a venti at first, so I had to rectify. Then it took a while, and when I finally got my order it was decaffeinated, but I hate the taste of coffee. I asked them to remake it, and they did it wrong again. Little to no caramel and absolutely none crunchy caramel crumble. I feel like itās not hard to read an order, I spent 45 minutes in there wasting my time for nothing.

Always a solid experience at this Starbucks! The vibe is cozy, the staff are upbeat and friendly, and they keep the line moving even when itās busy. You can tell the team here works hard and cares about getting orders right.
My go-to is the Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso and it never disappointsāsmooth, just the right amount of sweetness, and gives me that perfect mid-day boost. They also make a great Matcha Latte if youāre feeling something lighter.
Place is always clean, thereās usually seating available, and the mobile order pickup is super convenient if youāre in a rush.
Bonus points for the seasonal drinks (yes, Iām that person who waits all year for the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew) and the little snack optionsāthose egg bites and cake pops? Underrated.

After purchasing a coffee that was too sweet for my taste, I asked the staff for half a cup of water to dilute it. However, the server, named Doreen, appeared impatient and did not listen to my request. Instead of providing the appropriate half cup of water, Doreen gave me a full cup of water, leaving me with no space to mix it with my coffee. I did not complain further and drank half of the water before attempting to mix it with my coffee. Throughout this interaction, I overheard Doreen and her colleague making fun of me and laughing, which made me feel deeply humiliated and discriminated against.
I kindly request that your company address this matter and take steps to ensure that such situations do not occur in the future. I would appreciate an official apology from Doreen and the relevant personnel.
Staff was rude. Laughing very loudly when I ordered. Also I asked for less ice in my drink. I told them thrice about the ice but still my drink was full of ice. Also it was very watery. No taste.

Drinks are tasty but does not make sense to order special settings for drinks on the app if the barrista is not even looking at it. I ordered one drink without whipped cream and one with coconut milk and did not take out the whipped cream. They put the whipped cream on the one requested without and none on the one requested with. Taking the order I asked if they put it and they confirm. I did not have time to open every drink and check I just trusted the barrister.... That's the 2nd time they assume that since I want coconut milk I don't want the whipped cream whitout asking me anything...
