I was there early morning to grab my coffee, everyone is so welcoming but I notice that while waiting for my coffee I smell something bad in the waiting area that I think it might need some attention. Because it is really a strong smell that I can’t stay too long in the waiting area.

I went there today and ordered a venti frappe, idk if the cashier entered it wrong or what happened but they gave me a grande. I told them that I ordered Venti but they told me that you've paid for grande and we cant do anything. They didnt care about what I wanted and didnt even apologize. I was in a hurry so I couldnt talk to them more but the service was awful and I wont go back there again. So disappointed.

Date Nov. 18/25 and still no Christmas Blend on tap? I asked if they had a ‘pour over Christmas blend’ and the barista said ..’no’ LIKE WHYYY you’ve had your Christmas decor out on display for two weeks. Kinda annoyed

Delicious coffee - as always at Starbucks;
Queue to wait - as always at Starbucks.
Could not find their WiFi - surprising.
Atmosphere was ok; located within the Hyatt hotel. A bit dark inside.
Had much better experiences in this chain elsewhere

I ordered a brewed hot coffee but was given a lukewarm cold one with a bad taste. This is the second time this has happened at this location (Hyatt Vancouver). I will not be returning to this branch.

I had a grande caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with NO coffee. The guy put in a venti at first, so I had to rectify. Then it took a while, and when I finally got my order it was decaffeinated, but I hate the taste of coffee. I asked them to remake it, and they did it wrong again. Little to no caramel and absolutely none crunchy caramel crumble. I feel like it’s not hard to read an order, I spent 45 minutes in there wasting my time for nothing.
