After purchasing a coffee that was too sweet for my taste, I asked the staff for half a cup of water to dilute it. However, the server, named Doreen, appeared impatient and did not listen to my request. Instead of providing the appropriate half cup of water, Doreen gave me a full cup of water, leaving me with no space to mix it with my coffee. I did not complain further and drank half of the water before attempting to mix it with my coffee. Throughout this interaction, I overheard Doreen and her colleague making fun of me and laughing, which made me feel deeply humiliated and discriminated against.
I kindly request that your company address this matter and take steps to ensure that such situations do not occur in the future. I would appreciate an official apology from Doreen and the relevant personnel.

Drinks are tasty but does not make sense to order special settings for drinks on the app if the barrista is not even looking at it. I ordered one drink without whipped cream and one with coconut milk and did not take out the whipped cream. They put the whipped cream on the one requested without and none on the one requested with. Taking the order I asked if they put it and they confirm. I did not have time to open every drink and check I just trusted the barrister.... That's the 2nd time they assume that since I want coconut milk I don't want the whipped cream whitout asking me anything...

This Starbucks is located within the Hyatt Hotel and can be accessed by walking towards the entrance of the parking garage but to the right of it. You can’t really sit outside to enjoy your drink due to excessive vehicles parked in the area, but the interior is cool and is a nice break from the summer heat. The Starbucks itself doesn’t have many seats and tables but the hotel has a few comfy couches you can sit on.

It's great to see Starbucks in other cities,this time in vancouver All day breakfasts,filled croissants hot and cold, Canadian style cakes, mine was coffee cinnamon cake which could be heated, I chose cold. Hot weather, so it had to be a cold frappé

I usually order matcha latte from starbucks the cold one and at one of there other locations the staff very kindly told me whenever I order to ask for a modification to blend the matcha powder in hot water first as it blends easily in a cold drink that way.But the staff here did not understand my description and I had to walk away.Anyway the vibe of the hotel is great otherwise.
