Absolutely atrocious customer service! Called ahead to place an order for pick-up due to time constraints, only to be met with utter disrespect from an employee named Jaiden. His rude attitude, lack of manners, and complete disregard for customer needs were appalling. As I tried to place my order, he rudely interrupted me, stating I had to come in to order, then abruptly hung up the phone. Upon attempting to call again, they conveniently ignored my calls. This Starbucks location has lost my business indefinitely due to their unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect for customers. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like dirt!Additionally, I went into the store afterward to inquire about phone orders for pick-up, and to my disbelief, they confirmed that they do indeed accept phone orders. This inconsistency in their policy highlights the incompetence of the employee I dealt with earlier, Jaiden. To the owner and manager of this establishment, it's imperative to address such abysmal behavior from your staff. Employees like Jaiden not only drive away loyal customers but also tarnish the reputation of your business. It's high time to find better, more customer-focused individuals to represent your brand.

I am forever grateful to Robert and his team for finding my phone. I left my phone on the counter as I was placing the lid on my mocha (something I never do!). Didn’t think of checking with them until two days later when I still couldn’t locate my phone and the battery was dead. Probably seeing how anxious i was, Robert offered me a free coffee while we waited to retrieve my phone from their safe. I come here regularly as I work nearby and am happy with the service but will not hesitate to come by more often now!

I ordered on my app and I have a free treat, however I was getting an error and I wasn't not able to add it on my mobile order. So, I ask the cashier to help me whilst I was waiting for my order. They call my name and I told the cashier I was going to just get my order quickly. She helped another customer which is fine. I stood there waiting for the guy to finish and she ended up helping another customer. I was in a rush and I don't appreciate you helping another customer when you knew that I was just getting my order. Bad customer service!!!

This Starbucks sucks. Gorgeous looking lobby but the experience is garbage.I placed a mobile order for a vanilla latte and some beans. When I got there, the “vanilla latte” was on the mobile order stand but very clearly had a max of one espresso shot inside of it. It looked like milk with a slight brown tinge which is crazy for a venti.Then I asked where the beans are, they said “oh we don’t sell blond espresso beans” then proceeded to give me a refund which in actuality was a store credit that could only be used at that location. In reality, every Starbucks has the ability to restrict items from their inventory system. To not sell a product on their mobile ordering system seems like some sort of blatant scam to lock money into the store.It seemed like there was a new hire and that’s why the drink was made wrong, but the color was so obviously wrong that anyone who has worked in a coffee shop would have thought something is wrong with that drink. The staff was relatively nice, but Jesus who’s coming into a coffee shop for a cup of milk.

Everyone is friendly and polite BUT-This morning, most of their employees can't speak English well and had trouble understanding costumers. Hard to understand names due to strong accent. They misspelled my name even though I told them correct spelling- my name is Claire and they put Clara. They also made a wrong drink I ordered peppermint mocha and they served mocha. Took me 30 min to get my drink coz of wrong name and wrong drink-Ordered a drink thats dairy free doubled checked with them too but somehow it gave me a stomach ache ?
