I ordered an iced Americano and then said I didn't tell her it was iced. After she remade it, she added sugar to it (but I told her I didn't want sugar) They were like sleepwalking
This Starbucks location is always bustling, but the staff consistently deliver quick, high-quality service. On an especially busy day, Mehrsa prepared my order with impressive speed and care—it was clear she was putting in a lot of effort to keep things running smoothly. The atmosphere here is great, and it’s inspiring to see the team handle such a fast-paced environment so well. Overall, a fantastic spot with dedicated staff!

I had a great experience with the service. A lady there named Sheida helped a lot with a foreign language that it makes easy to communicate about what I wanted to order. The customer service and conduct was amazing. Thanks a lot.

We bought two cups of Iced Lavender cream oat matcha, which was made by an intern. At that time, she said it was wrong. They said it couldn’t be compared with the picture. After taking a sip, I threw it in the trash. I have bought dozens of cups and it has never tasted so bad.

I go to Starbucks every morning just not this location. Usually the barista fills my mug to the top but today when I asked for 3/4 of an inch more foam on top she insisted on charging me $.55 extra. Time to support another coffee chain?!
Came in early in the morning with no lineup asking for one of those coffee carriers and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes. Now they said “you will have to wait a few min” in a snarky tone, but a few min and 30 are a huge difference. I understand it takes time to make a bit of extra coffee, but to brew doesn’t take that long. The only reason I give 2 stars on service is bc they were good at giving extra cups, milk etc. so kudos for that. But otherwise they seems super lazy.

I was wondering why the in training staff seem to be struggling so hard until I interacted with the manager who was flat out rude. It quickly became clear that neither of the manager or the training staff actually knew how to make even a simple drink such as an espresso macchiato.10 ounces of steamed milk to 2 ounces of espresso is far from “Rich espresso marked with a dollop of steamed milk and foam” as there menu describes it.

Service is slow and stuffs are not friendly like prison guards.
Better coffee elsewhere
I want to preface this by saying I am a barista. I have been for years. This location's staff is rude, do not comply with food and safety (one girl was wearing multiple bracelets -breeding ground for bacteria- and I noticed that when one went between touching a customers cup she did not wash her hands before moving onto the next drink- starbucks standard calls for a handwash and baristas are not allowed to physically touch customer cups) as well as serving customers stale coffee- when the light on the coffee urn blinks its been sitting for over 30 mins. They need training for this and basic drink building.
Very young staff. They had difficulty dealing with my order. It is a very pretty new location inside the new Safeway.
Always great service and positive upbeat vibe.
