The older man (might be the manager) at this location fires quick transactional pleasantries that he clearly doesn’t mean and comes across more curt than pleasant. Also asks everyone if their drink is hot or cold. I’d say iced if I wanted it cold, like I do at EVERY other Starbucks. Thanks. I’ve also seen him say rude things to other employees here. Feels like it’d be rather toxic to work here

International Village Mall is a mall notorious for really not having much in it. However, the crown jewel is without a doubt the Starbucks.
I’ve never really had any terrible experiences with any Starbucks, and this was no exception. You order, you wait, you get your drink. They are reasonably fast, even when they’re busy, so that’s something I’d like to note for those of you who are on the clock.
The only downside is that the area is a bit sketchy. At any given time, you’ll have vagrants coming up to you begging for change, and there’s always that lonesome soul speaking out loud to an imaginary friend. And if you’re really lucky, you’ll be graced with the one just randomly screaming for God knows what reason.
Go for the fast efficient service but leave if you want to live long enough to drink what you bought.

Great staff always welcomed when i go in. But today my drink was not complete. Ordered espresso Frappuccino with 3 shots of espresso. But I went to drink it went completely dry after 2 drinks and didn't taste like there was even espresso in it. Out working all day so I just tossed it. I go most mornings and all the other times drink was perfect

Got my birthday drink… Tentra pineapple refresher with coconut beverage. So yum, so good, must try!
The environment is beautiful, service is really good and chaotic especially in high traffic periods with all the business folks in the buildings above and around. It's still Starbucks fare

Awesome and friendly staff. Rarely has a line up of more than 2-3 people. The creepy elderly men and addicts always hanging out outside are quite disturbing and bothersome at times. But there’s nothing the staff can do about it.
