I’ve been to this location a few times and they’ve always been very nice, but this morning, the staff were extra kind and friendly. Given the circumstances of the neighbourhood and the amount of grief they probably face in a day… everyone working there was so positive with each other and all of the customers. It was a really nice way to start my day.

If you know coffee you won't buy any drink here.I better pay the same amount, but go second floor to signal cafe, they have better services and drinks. Such the latte is so light for one shot, same one shot is more rich in signal cafe. Also this Starbuck have no public washroom.

Today, I ordered white hot chocolate from this starbucks and specially mentioned for mild instead of strong coffee. But when i have it, its just a cup of sweetened hot milk with no white chocolate and coffee flavour. This is no espresso in it.

Today I walked in to get a usual cup of coffee that I order on the regular from this specific Starbucks.I asked a worker by the name of TYLER if I could have a green apron pour over. He went on with attitude saying he hates doing them because I MAKE HIM WASTE COFFEE. He then went to scan the entire bag of coffee saying that I could buy the bag of coffee or he could make me a different pour over. The way he approached the situation was very rude, and he was speaking to me with the utmost disrespect. I can understand that maybe this type of coffee isn’t popular for a pour over, but the option to have one made for me is there to be asked of. At first he tried to make me buy a whole bag of coffee, and then put some kind of blame on me for how I make him waste the bag of coffee.He was completely disrespectful and rude towards me about the situation and I am very upset with this type of customer service because I’ve never had this particular issue with ANY Starbucks I have EVER gone too.I will not be returning to this location if this employee is working. This is not the first time I have experience entitlement and very poor customer service from this employee.
