I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks for a long time, but after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back.
Today, it took almost ten minutes just to get a simple coffee. The new baristas were slow, didn’t greet anyone, and clearly lacked professionalism. Worst of all, they were chatting the entire time while preparing drinks — which felt really unhygienic. On top of that, the amount of coffee I got was clearly less than usual. Very disappointing.
This location used to be my go-to, but not anymore.
