Fist time ordering at the Yaletown location, I ordered Wasabi Mayo and it was too spicy to the point that it was basically inedible. We are Wasabi fan, but it was just too spicy and neither me nor my husband could go through even the half of our bowl. I called them to get another bowl with less sauce and they said there was nothing wrong with the bowl and can't do that.Steves poke has been always the only place we order, and had the worse experience at this location. but I suppose with this level of customer service, we must find another place or another poke bar.

I’ve been here easily over 30 times since this place opened up a few months ago. I usually order the exact same thing (with spicy tuna as the protein) and the quality has never felt off or different. Everything is always so fresh and tasty, and after visiting like 6 other poke restaurants in the city, Steve’s is still on top. I love you Steve’s ❤️
