Really wanted to like this place but it was a mixed experience. Service was good and cocktails were quite good. The octopus carpaccio was very good, the duck decent. The chicken skin waffles and gizzards were a big let down - cold and super tough like they have been sitting in the fridge for two days prior to serving. Bone marrow was average. The soft shell crab similarly did not taste fresh - like it was prepared 8 hours earlier and kept in a bin. Ambiance is nice… wish some...
Probably one of my top 10 favourite meals in Vancouver. Was blown away by every dish and loved the cocktails. I wish it was a little bit closer because I would definitely be here more often!
