Fuhgeddaboudit!! Learning his trade from Naples Gennaro Lombardi started the US’s first pizzeria in 1905 down on the Lower East Side. Now it’s become so famous it stretches coast to coast and inspired many restauranteurs looking for the perfect pie! Taking this dream are the Morra brothers whom bring authentic Neapolitan pizza Via Tevere Pizzeria Napoletana and New York style Straight Outta Brooklyn Pizzeria of Vancouver to the sunny shores of the Okanagan! Secret is simplicity! Fine Italian flour, olive oil, high quality ingredients and a pizzaiolo’s masterful touch. Husband and wife Tage(Pizzeria Tratto Napoletana) and Sam Deagan meticulously craft the best pies fit for Brooklyn at the new Front St location. Quaint patio to enjoy the sun, small bistro tables inside and available take out for those fun beachside picnics! Sensational! Reminiscent of my favourite Manhattan, Brooklyn and Bronx gems. If you love this be sure to visit another Morra brother foodie “MUST” with Chris at Pizzeria Tratto Napoletana! 🏆❤️🍕
The best pizza I’ve ever had. I’m a regular customer and the customer service from the two ladies at the cashier is amazing, they are always smiling and pleased to help. There is always a cheerful atmosphere.
If you are looking for a New York style pizza, this is the best place that I recommend you.

Unfortunately the customer service at this specific location has really left a bad taste in my mouth. The 2 ladies that work the cashier and warm up peoples pizza are completely miserable and unfriendly. Unfortunately they have both given me very unfriendly vibes the last few times I went in there. Today the girl named Catalina or Catarina was INSTANTLY bitter with me the second I asked to add another slice to my order. Mind you she hadn't even put the other slices in the oven to warm them yet. I asked her seconds after she started to get the slices together for me. She instantly had annoyed body language and very miserable look on her face. Then she could very clearly see that I was trying to stand in the door way with my son in the stroller becausethere is no ramp to get my stroller up the stairs. I was very clearly struggling and instead of her just passing me the wireless machine to pay with my debit, she presses the button and walked away. Then I said something. I said out loud "oh it's wireless, you very easily could have just handed it to me given the circumstances" and she instantly snapped and started yelling at me to not come back to her store and yelling in front of my 3 year old in the stroller watching and listening. I looked her straight in the face and said "if your having a bad day don't take it our on your customers" and "if you don't like your job get a new one" and she continued yelling over me and tried saying "you've been rude before" which is a thousand percent not true. I've been nothing but polite and a very good customer. Only time I'm ever not smiling is when the 2 of them girls that work at the front are giving me very miserable vibes. Catarina was extremely unprofessional. She then threw my pizza into the box in a pile on top of eachother after not even warming it long enough. I therefore ended up taking pictures of the pizza. It was folded up and in a pile and going soggy. One thing I would like to sat to her is my mother just died earlier this week and today was supposed to be a special day for my son so I did everything I could to give him a special day and she completely ruined it. Catalina or Catarina, you have no idea what people are going threw in life so maybe try being more kind. Let's not forget her telling me to call the owner when I asked her name. I will be trying to contact the owner. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and whether or not I was in the wrong does not justify the way she behaved on the job.
Just to add, my sons father and my neighbour had also said they experienced the same attitude from the cashier at this location so it isn't just me.

They never let me down! A single slice of Spice with arugala and olive oil will keep me afloat during a busy day, and I can always depend on the staff there to hook me up.

It is okay pizza. It’s not really Brooklyn-style pizza though. As a former Brooklynite who loves NYC pizza I have perhaps a more stringent bar. The crust had virtually no char and the sauce lacked flavour. When you fold it, the crust should be crispy enough that it audibly crackles. No idea why they insist on cutting a 15” pie into only 4 slices so you can fold it in half “like a New Yorker.” These slices should be cut in half (the size of a regular NY slice) then you can fold THAT in half. A slice does not have to be double/huge to fold. Overall it’s fine as an everyday pizza, but saying it is “straight outta Brooklyn” as per their sign is a bit of wishful thinking and will ultimately lead to disappointment to those who are hopeful that it might taste anywhere close.

I had classic pepperoni and a slice of some cheese pizza and it was delicious! Love the garlic flavour in it. Pizza is thin but super juicy at the same time with no grease. Also I’ve got a free sauce. Guys was also welcoming and friendly, definitely will recommend to stop by!

Really amazing pizza and one of my favourites in Vancouver. Excellent vegan options including the best vegan cheese I’ve ever had on a pizza!

My slice was Luke warm they were closing at 9.30 even though window said 10. Was off to a bad start. Thought it was as bad as the other chains cough *fresh slice. The more I ate the better it got. Dough was light and fresh and good blend of toppings and the spicy dip was great. Will try again.

Very small place with excellent pizza. Their 6$ slice of pizza is actually a quarter of a pizza. Pepperoni was curled up and the crust was lightly charred. However, I'm concerned about how much oil was dripping off my pizza.

Quickly becoming one of my favourite pizza joints. Food is excellent and affordable (rare in Vancouver these days), and the service is great. Staff are friendly and treat their patrons with respect. Their new pineapple, bacon and jalapeño pizza is so good! Definitely getting it again.
