What a great slice. I always go for what I call a Canadian slice/ ham & pineapple. I know! But the pepperoni 150 is good too. However, please beware of so called "elite" users from down there. Sheesh what a bunch of ....

Alright, lemme tell ya what happened. So I'm out here in Vancity doin' some sightseein', right? But a guy can only take so many mountains and trees before he starts missin' the concrete jungle. So whaddya know, I'm cravin' a slice of home. But up here, who knows what passes for pizza? Coulda been anything - pineapple, ketchup, god forbid mayonnaise. I needed somethin' real, somethin' that'd hit the spot. Then I sees this joint called "Straight Outta Brooklyn" and I says to myself, now we're talkin'!So I pulls over and goes in for a look. Place is tiny, packed wall to wall with locals and squeezes my big butt into that sucker. Take a gander at the menu and whaddya know, pepperoni and mushrooms calls my name. And let me tell ya, first bite I was trans-port-ed. Thin crust, just like mama used to make down on 11th Ave. Sauce was savory, cheese was ooey gooey, toppings were poppin'. I was in pizza heaven! Folded that sucker in half and it was the perfect handheld slice.Only thing that coulda made it better was if I coulda found parkin' out front. But you take the good with the bad in this city, if you know what I'm sayin'. Bottom line, if you're lookin' for the real deal New York slice while you're up in Vancity, this is the spot to be. Get yourself some Straight Outta Brooklyn.Vegetarian options: Great veggies optionsParking: There is a war on cars in this city. It is hard to find parking here alway.Wheelchair accessibility: Small door and no ramp make this a rough restaurant for wheelchairs.

Ordered the Pep 150 Pizza - loved how thin the pizza was but it is possible for there to be too much pepperoni! I’d try again and order another kind of pie!

I really like this pizza, I've had the classic pepperoni and a few others. great quality ingredients, I can taste the difference compared to other places. Get the peach iced tea to wash it all down.

It's okay. Located near the edge of Chinatown, it's easy to walk up to, open the door, peruse what they offer, and order. Staff was fine; didn't have any problems while we were there. They asked the requisite questions if we wanted to dine in or to go, and if we wanted the pizza slices warmed up or not. Tables may not get cleaned super often, or if they don't appear dirty from a distance. There were crumbs at the tables that I saw, but there's only, like, 3 or 4 small tables to eat at. We did end up dining in since we were literally there only for a quick bite. Pizza was heated up to mouth trauma mode, so we had to have it cool down before eating. Hubby went with pepperoni and I think spicy, while I went for the original/margherita. The toppings weren't bad, but nothing to write home about. The crust was okay; nothing to really write home about either. But there wasn't really any flavor to the point that we didn't finish eating the crust off the pizza. Which says a lot, because I'm not a fan of wasting food and will eat or repurpose whatever is given to me. Overall, if we needed a quick bite to just fill our stomachs temporarily, we'd come back. There was a steady amount of people that came in to order while we were there, so it seems to be a preferred place with some of the locals. Otherwise, not too busy.

Definitely a great stop for a snack after a night out.

Was stopping by Chinatown and ordered a whole pizza. Half margherita and half pep 150. It was delicious fresh out of the oven. Crust is nice. You must eat their pizza fresh and hot out of the oven. Cold is not the same. You've been advised.

Honestly, pretty mid. I had a slice of pepperoni and it was nothing special. The crust is nice, but quality of cheese and pepperoni is pretty basic. The price isn’t terrible but could be better, considering the pizza is pretty average.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. The crust is perfect. Good amount of toppings.Parking sucks. Small interior but the pizza makes up for it all.
