You’ve got a consistency issue that I wanted to point out. The pizza I enjoyed two days ago is not the same thing that I just had. Check with all your employees and ask them. “Did anybody ask you if the recipe changed? Because it tastes better.” I believe it was November Saturday 22. It is Monday, November 24, and what I just had as far as your basic pizza wasn’t close to what I had on Saturday. The sauce was different with an almost tomato paste taste, there was no gorgeous oil dripping down, and it seemed overcooked.
I’ve experienced this previously at this site. I hope this feedback allows you and your staff to come together to serve a great pizza like I had on November 22.

If I lived down the street from this place i’d probably grab a slice here more often than I’d like to admit. It’s not life changing pizza but it’s totally good for what it is, price was reasonable, staff are cool. I’ll come back when I visit in the future i’m sure

so far this is the best NY style pizza we had, it comes quick and it’s hot out of the oven, we stop by here every time we visit vancouver, perfect little spot to get great pizza

I have ordered from here multiple times and normally have enjoyed my food and the service but yesterday was terrible for both and very disappointed. I ordered one pepperoni and one classic margarita but got 2 pepperoni’s, and they both had less amount of toppings as normal and somehow was cold as well. I ordered for pickup in advance and lady at front said “few more mins” when I arrived, but landed up waiting 30 mins. Pizza didn’t look good opening box either.
They say it's ready on Uber eat but when I arrived they said wait another 3 minutes. 25 minutes later I finally got my pizza and I got my parking ticket as well. Horrible customer service!

First time trying straight Brooklyn pizza and it definitely delivers what it says it will! Awesome Brooklyn style pizza that’s great for a casual bite and good prices too!

Sometimes the pizza is cooked differently. Sometimes crispy thin crust sometimes nice puffy. Pizza is amazing, but I prefer the soft puffy crust way more!

If you happen to be in Vancouver and crave pizza this place will be good enough. The prices were on average for the area. Staff here were friendly and service was fast. The pizza was good just don’t be expecting top quality New York pizza. Their portions were kinda small but had good flavor. Overall if you really need a good pie this place will be good enough.
