Unsatisfactory for the prices. We had an average mousse cake (tasting a bit better than ones from grocery stores) and a "Japanese cream puff" half defrozen. The cream was still frozen and the dough was neither crusty or fluffy, thanks to the freezer.

The sweets are really good. Tried the Nanaimo Bar, Carrot Cake and Coconut Macaron and all were delicious and fresh. Only minor complaint was it was a little pricing but considering the location was probably appropriate.

The carrot cake was absolutely delicious. I have wanted to try it every time I’ve visited the market and finally caved. I’m so glad I did. The cream was not too sugary and the cake was lovely and moist. It wasn’t sickly at all, which is impressive for its size. Yes, I ate it all. I knocked off a star because one of the servers was a bit moody. It’s busy in there so I get it, but sometimes a smile goes a long way.
Holy! Tiramisu was insanely good! My kiddo said cheesecake was so so. We always come here when we visit Granville island.

Cinnamon vinyl record (?) Not sure what it is in Chinese, it tastes crunchy and feels a bit too sweet?

It’s a shame that a place with a large amount of tourism have a really poor customer service, I tried to buy two cinamon records to take to New Zealand for my daughter that she loves them and I ask for two boxes looks like it was a big problem they look quiet upset about what I asking and I explain there I’m taking them overseas and just felt like staff is really annoyed by me asking for two boxes, to be honest i didn’t feel to buy anything with that attitude, just a remember of where you are and what’s your market, we are tourist that travel for all around so ve

Bakes are NOT flaky and crispy like an artisan bakery. They say freshly made, but it doesn't taste fresh. Go to Terra Breads instead!

I was so excited about this place, but the food was incredibly disappointing. The technique and flavor were both terrible. The croissants were as bad as American croissants.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and vegan options.

The cinnamon record is a great (big) bite while exploring Granville Island. The service was great and very polite.

It’s a touristy spot and this place fits with that. The displays look great and I wanted to order one of everything! Glad I didn’t. The peanut butter cookie lacked flavor. The cannoli (which I thought was going to be a classic one) was red inside with flavoring and the softest shell I’ve ever had. Truly whatever you do, do not get a cannoli from here. The fruit tart was actually tasty.

Very fresh and delicious pastry. We got the tiramisu and the record size sweet bread. Good service and reasonable prices.

Looks really good but they're okay. Customer service might be a little questionable.

Everything looks amazing, as did the eclairs of which I purchased 3 to share among 6 of us as they were quite large, unfortunately though it was obvious they had been previously frozen because the bottom of the pastry was litterally wet with water and soggy. Also, the cream inside, which was not custard, was tasteless. It had no flavour - a touch of salt, vanilla and sugar would have improved it immensely. It was sad because each eclair was almost 8 dollars. They cant hold a candle to the eclairs at Breaka.
