Recently came under new management and is great now! Well, as a Subway should be. Staff & owner are super-friendly, the fountain drink machine works again and the washroom is finally open! (Which is an issue in an insane number of Subway stores around the city, smh.) Overall, they deserve 5 stars, especially compared to how the store was before. 🙄 Hope they keep it up! I’ll come here more often again.

This location is the absolute worst. Avoid at all costs. Terrible attitude and slower than snails. Standing in line without any acknowledgement, watching paint dry. Waited nearly ten minutes before I could even get an order in, let alone being acknowledged. Everyone working moves so slowly.

There was an asian lady working and i ask her for the sandwich she was so rude in the beginning then i asked her to toast my sub she denied and said i just cleaned it and it will make a mess if i use the toaster and then after eating i asked her if i can use the washroom her response was again no its out of order i cant let you use it and there was no sign posted for out of order
