Indian lady didn’t even ask if I wanted it toasted, she did it anyways. The workers here would rather just sit and talk in the back, than clean the joint…the place is filthy. Crumbs everywhere you look, on the tables, on the floors. Also an Uber driver parked outside and used to washroom, seemed like they were acquaintances.

Workers « lost the key » to the bathrooms so customers couldn’t use them. Who are these walking disasters ?!

Walked in and asked to use the washroom. A female worker (didn’t catch her name) told us it was only for customers. Fair enough — we lined up and paid for a cookie we didn’t even want, just to be allowed access. After taking our money, the same woman casually mentioned the washroom was “actually out of service.”

So just to recap: we were told to make a purchase to use a facility that she knew wasn’t even usable. That’s not just poor customer service — that’s deliberately misleading. Feels a lot like we got scammed over a $3 cookie.

Paul made me the best sub I’ve ever had in my life! He is always so friendly when my boyfriend and I come in for a sandwich. We choose Subway more often now just because Paul might be working and he makes em better than anyone else!
