Washroom out of service to avoid cleaning and small thing but still when asked salt and pepper on Sub server said out of pepper as well. Adding receipt that was not provided by them or asked if I need it or not.

I tried their Smashed Avocado & Turkey sandwich, the sandwich was good. The Sandwich Artist followed the instructions and requests right, and the service was fast. The only thing I didn't love of the restaurant was the style of its interior, personally, I prefer other looks of floor tiles for Subway restaurant locations.

I visited the restaurant around 6 PM on June 23. Unfortunately, the staff on duty did not manage the queue properly. I placed my order before several other customers, but I was told to sit and wait while she served many others who came after me.

I only had one order, and I was sitting alone, but it seemed like my order was completely ignored. I understand she may have been the only person working and was likely overwhelmed, but I still feel this was unfair and unprofessional.

In the end, I had to cancel my order because other customers who came after me had already received and finished their food while I was still waiting. When I approached her again to cancel, she simply told me to wait. After another 5 minutes, she came to the counter and said I could leave and the order would be canceled. I really don’t understand why I was made to wait all that time if cancellation was that simple.

I’m disappointed with the way I was treated. I hope the staff reflects on this and that service improves for future customers.

I got the worst sandwich of my life from this subway. Asked for extra sauce which was missing. Some toppings were missing but the price was paid in full.
Train the employees with the proper standards of subway or maybe the owner is just cutting down on the cost. Whatever it is, it does not look good on subway as a brand.

Old style subway with a friendly hard working staff for one restaurant.
Highly recommend steak and cheese with shredded cheddar and lettuce. Add your choice of veggies.

I placed an order on may of 31st at 5:00. There was a girl working over there.She called us back to cancel the order because they were out of hot tandoori sauce and chicken, but app was showing it is available. I said not to cancel the order and to replace the sauces. When we reached to pick our order up, she was acting really weird and rude. Won’t be returning to this location again

I visited your Subway location recently and had a very disappointing experience with one of your staff members—an older man. I politely asked for more sauces on my sub, but he responded rudely, saying things like “it’ll turn into curry” and acted like he didn’t care. I’ve been eating Subway for years and have never been spoken to like that. His attitude and facial expressions were very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Please address this behavior it’s not acceptable in customer service.

One of the worst Subways in Vancouver with unfriendly services and many negative reviews, and you wonder why? The male staff there is extremely rude without offering any basic services or friendly attitude. I'd NOT recommend coming to this Subway location.

DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION PAST 9:30!!! I like this location because it’s so close to my house but other then that it’s very annoying and inconvenient. The workers will always start closing WAY to early, most of the time the lights are out by 9:45 when it says they close at 10. Tonight I went in to get a meatball sub and they informed me that this is unavailable past 9:30 because it is too soon before closing… where does it say that on the subway website? It is not my problem they want to start cleaning up 30 minutes before they are even supposed to close and get home earlier, this location needs to start staying open WITH EVERYTHING FULLY AVAILABLE LIKE THE TIMES LISTED ONLINE. I know I seem crazy but this is fr super inconvenient, i didn’t cause any trouble with staff, i just said okay and walked out. I was forced to go to a WHOLE DIFFERENT LOCATION just to get my meetball sub. STOP CLEANING UP TOO EARLY OR CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO BE ACCURATE!

I ordered a half size of BMT showing a picture of half size of BMT and he was making a foot long so i told him i ordered half. He started yelling at me and said you didn’t tell me half but i showed him picture and said half order when i was ordering. He kept yelling at me and saying it’s your fault , you didn’t say that. Old guy who looks like a manager was so rude and crashed out on me even if he’s fault.
Im not coming this location anymore.

I went in to Oak.st asked to order buy one get one free. Staff didn't know how to use app. But with some assistance after some time I ordered and he told me I ordered at Granville not Oak st. I had to run to Granville to pick up my orderHow can a staff not know how to use their app???
