Charging price according to their own profit with the name of subway as I eat the same sandwich everywhere but never went this much expensive and when I asked they simply said subway own is charging the same price. Doesn’t matter. Don’t visit here. Worst service.

The older lady at the register was super sweet and honestly, the best part of the visit. The woman making our sandwiches, though, was really rude and clearly in a rush. She barely put any sauce or ingredients on and seemed annoyed the whole time. Also, probably not the best idea to wear AirPods while helping customers. Overall, not a great experience.

I visited the Subway at 2801 W 16th Ave, Vancouver on October 9, 2025, around 8 PM, and had a terrible experience. The girl at the front counter was rude and unprofessional the entire time. She was wearing AirPods and talking to someone while taking my order, barely paying attention to what I was saying.
She made my sandwich carelessly — it was sloppy and not what I ordered — and then charged me twice for the same order. When I tried to explain the issue, she didn’t apologize or even seem to care.
The customer service at this location is completely unacceptable. I’ve never had such a poor experience at any Subway before. Definitely not coming back until they fix their staff and train them properly.
