Never thought I'd write a review here but the lady working today at around 11:45AM was amazing. She was initially by herself and handled the SkipTheDishes system error professionally and even threw in a free cookie for me for the wait (not even Subway's fault). One of the best services I've ever witnessed.

Please don't buy your sub from here. Pravinda the store manager doesn't care about the customer satisfaction. I ordered a veggie sub last night with shredded Monterey chedder. Monterey is white not orange but the sun was all yellow chedder, I also asked for normal onions. The whole sub was mostly onions, I asked for a refund and was told I had to wait until the morning to call the manager. I called and was told by her that she is working alone and would call in ten minutes. I then waited 30 min still no call back and called no answer. She then called back saying she was busy and her staff knows what they are doing and no refund for me, nor did she even offer a replacement sub..
She would not give me her manager's name either. If this is the level of service they provide don't waste you time, lots of other subway spots around town to choose.

Nice clean location. Reason for the 1 star is their online ordering is missing several menu items like Jalapenos and other topping/sauce choices. From my understanding it's up to the individual locations to set their toppings. I've been told to just write it in the comments since no one wants to fix it in their system. I guess it's too hard for them to ask to find out how to fix it. Guess it's not anyone's problem that works there. Ridiculous you cannot have your online ordering to match your in store. It's 2024, get with the times.

Had a terrible experience here. Got a Crispy Chicken 6 inch sub & chicken was completely raw from inside. I asked for a replacement but the girl (server) denied to replace/refund it. She kept on saying “we do the same settings for everything” & wasn’t sensible enough to understand it’s their responsibility to make sure the chicken is properly cooked.

Couldn’t imagine someone could butcher a subway franchise, but they have managed to do so. My wife got a crispy chicken sandwich which had raw meat and I had a veggie patty sandwich which had bitter cucumbers. Server refused to replace it.

There was only one guy working when we went and had 2 people ahead of us. We weren't starving so it was fine to be a little slow. When it was our turn to be served, the guy was super friendly and didn't look miserable like a lot of subway workers. He had a great smile the whole time and made nice light conversation. It was refreshing to come here.
