Had a terrible experience here. Got a Crispy Chicken 6 inch sub & chicken was completely raw from inside. I asked for a replacement but the girl (server) denied to replace/refund it. She kept on saying “we do the same settings for everything” & wasn’t sensible enough to understand it’s their responsibility to make sure the chicken is properly cooked.

Couldn’t imagine someone could butcher a subway franchise, but they have managed to do so. My wife got a crispy chicken sandwich which had raw meat and I had a veggie patty sandwich which had bitter cucumbers. Server refused to replace it.

There was only one guy working when we went and had 2 people ahead of us. We weren't starving so it was fine to be a little slow. When it was our turn to be served, the guy was super friendly and didn't look miserable like a lot of subway workers. He had a great smile the whole time and made nice light conversation. It was refreshing to come here.

My favourite subway. I usually order the same chicken rice bowl with double meet. Parvinder is so nice, she already knows what I want to order. She helps the others to always provide us the best quality and watch them to not miss anything.

When I make Ritual order, the food is never prepared. This time, they started to prepare my order when I arrived. In the app it said the order was prepared 10 minutes ago but they didnt even start preparing my order until I arrived.

Don’t do mobile order or you’ll be waiting a while. They have consistently mentioned my order as ready on the app then I’ve had to wait every time. I’ve waited longer doing mobile then just going in person. Very unorganized and inconsiderate staff.
