They charged me a different price for the same item every time I visited there. I went there for 4 days in a row and charged with different price for the same item.Prefer some other place buddies.

Sleep deprived zombie employees or unprofessionalism, doesn’t matter really

Disgusting, ordered mobile pickup only to be in line of 3 people and find out that the order isn't even started

This location went above and beyond to help deliver platters for an office lunch. Great customer service! Thanks again :)

Just had a takeout meatball sub. No toast white bread. I opened it after getting home five minutes later only to find the meatballs cold. I'm not exaggerating here. They feel like they just came out of the freezer. Looking back I did not see him put the meatballs on as it was behind the counter where he was hidden. This location has been going downhill. This was the last time I am going there.Would not recommend.

Last time I went here I got a giant hair stuck in my food. Today I gave them another chance and I realized later that they charged me for a footlong instead of a 6 inch.

As with any Subway - Sandwich Artist is the make/break. In the year I've been coming here, they're consistently okay. This is a great Subway location: I can't give them 4/5 stars on a review, but they are good verging on great at what they do.

Well it was quite apparent the wonderful friendly owner of this place was no where to be found today. I went in around 2 pm for a quick bite and ordered a sandwich. The gentleman serving me has served me before but today he was heavily distracted in conversation with a female employee. He asked me at three different times what sandwich I was having and three times I requested cheddar cheese. Once baked I requested lettuce, extra tomato ( he put two pieces) so I requested more. Then he put two pieces of cuc and two pieces, yes pieces of red onion. Of coarse I requested more of each. He continued engrossed in his conversation with his co-worker. I kinda chuckled at my pathetic sandwich waiting to be wrapped which he proceeded to do. Then he pressed it down and left it on the counter, cooling and flat to continue his conversation with his co-worker. Thirty seconds later he rang in the purchase and left the sandwich outta my reach..... I had to intrude under the sacred plexi-glass barrier, to grab it and go....... first time I happily did not leave a tip....... When the boss is away.......well you know!!!☹️

Two of the worst subs I have ever had. I have eaten at subway from time to time at many locations in BC, usually it is on par with what you'd expect, but, this location at Olympic Village is by far the most appalling food I have ever had. 6 inch steak and cheese - a month ago I ordered on a delivery service, the sub was cold, (it was supposed to be toasted) the bread was actually powdery and hard (STALE) they obviously use their stale bread for toasted subs. There was a small pile of meat in the middle of the bun, about a tablespoon, barely enough for a bite. I wrote it off to they were busy, and let it go. Tonight, I went to give them a second chance, it's almost as though I had the same sandwich as deja vu. The bread was hard and chewy, while my partners sub was not toasted and it was fine - not great he said, but not like mine. I measured the sub which looked awfully small - it was 5 inches. DO NOT EAT HEREVegetarian options: You can get a vegetarian sub

Ordered a footlong pizza sub and the person who made the sandwich thought it would be best to not put the marinara sauce on it.It was by far the worst sandwich that someone had made for me at subway, and it’s a shame that a person couldn’t get the simple order right.
