All there advertisements say they are open 24/7 and even their sign was out… but there door was locked. Very false advertisement. Do not go here outside of regular business hours or you will be let down. :(

An indian girl with bad attitude and didn't listen carefuly. Also charged me 25cents for a cup of water. Does subway know you charge your customer for a cup of water? Her attitude is arrogance. Management should consider to fire her by her bad attitude. Never experience so bad

Worst subway I've ever been to. The lady serving me and my bf was so rude and only added 2 pieces of meat to each of our sub then we asked to add more meat and then added way to much. Happy Halloween but not to the subway lady. I hope she gets fired.

I ordered from subway twice recently during a stay in Vancouver. The service was immediate, the shop was clean and the food was fresh. I usually prefer a sit down restaurant but every once in a while takeout fits the bill.

Yesterday I visited Subway at midnight at around 1 Am and had a great experience there the they guy was wearing black turban who helped me was very polite, quick, and made my order just right. They had a positive attitude and made the visit pleasant. Great customer service—I really appreciate it!

The guy with the turban literally was flicking the tomatoes and the pickles and the veggies With such attitude, just staring the whole time and was very very rude. If these guys don’t like to customer service or even do their job, right why are they working in hospitality? It doesn’t make any sense. That guy should seriously be fired tonight.

I had a wonderful experience at Subway recently, all thanks to an amazing staff member named Sandy. She’s an Indian girl with a warm smile and such a polite and friendly attitude—it truly made my day!

What really stood out was her style of making the sandwich. Even though the ingredients are the same, the way she crafted the sandwich made it taste extra delicious. You can tell she puts care into every step, and it really shows in the final product.

Thank you, Sandy, for the excellent service and the delicious sandwich! I’ll definitely be coming back.
