The Asian guy had such a bad attitude, firstly he did not talk nicely. He was so rude about making a sub like we asked him for a free meal. The sub he made was bad he did not even add enough chicken. Firstly when I asked him if I could use my coupon he told me order online . Then after I ordered online he made the sub so poorly and did not even pack it properly. When asked for a cover he said they don’t have one and then rudely says 25 cents for a cover .It was very clear that he was being racist and acted like we went for free food which was so disrespectful . Because he was old we did not want to disrespect him but you guys must really do better with your customer service . I wouldn’t recommend going there even for take out. Very unpleasant and disrespectful service .

Ordered two foot-longs , completely messed up by order. Placed order through the app for pickup. When ai went back there was another employee who said since he didn’t make my sub there is nothing he can do about it. He said all I can do is complain online .

Employee with her AirPods in having a phone conversation while trying to serve customers. Asking everyone to repeat orders/toppings because she is too preoccupied with her phone call.Icing on the cake is the “tip” option on the debit machine.

Once a month, I visit this subway, maybe two times. I always choose the veggie patty and select only four veggie options. Sometimes, I add a little extra onion. However, until today, no one at any other Subway has told me that I have to pay extra for the veggie patty. But in this particular Subway, an employee named Harman told me that I have to pay extra, even though I didn't choose any additional veggies. Even she was very rude
