Made an order through the app. Asked them to cut my sandwich in three and to toast the bread. The app told me it would be ready in 10 mins. I opened the sandwich and the flatbread was stale and rock hard and they clearly did not even want cut the sandwich in half. I ended up eating the filling because I would have wrecked my jaw eating the stale bread. Do better.

All the good reviews here must be fake. It's easily the worst subway in vancouver I've eaten at. It's not very clean to start with, you get ignored for when trying to order and you're the only customer there.
I watched the girl picking up the meat that fell out of the sandwich whilst cutting, and she picked it up off the counter and pushed it back in the bun. For some reason shen took off her gloves halfway when wrapping.
The owner of this place seems to hires indian students at wages probably half paid by trudeau, and is not even getting a fraction of the service that the customers expect when eating at that location.
The head office of subway that deals with franchises should be concerned what this location is doing to their brand.

Went in there with my grade 7 basketball team Nov21/22 . The employees were friendly with fast service. Not much sitting area for the 12 though.
I used to have filters from my childhood. The Indian staff here used to provide them very well. Cock beating Taiwan's subway...

The guy gave half portion meat and veggies ( go to subway all the time ) it was just personal. I still paid full amount for so I think I should get a full portion. 👎
