I just wanted to share my appreciation for Gurpreet(overnight employee), who always makes the best sandwiches! Every time I visit,!! it’s only because of him,!!he’s friendly, attentive, and takes real care in preparing the sandwich exactly the way I like it. The ingredients are layered perfectly, the portions are spot on, and the overall taste is amazing. His great service and positive attitude make the whole experience even better. Subway is lucky to have someone so dedicated and talented. Thank you, Gurpreet, for consistently making such delicious sandwiches! 🙌🥪💛

I visited this subway Tommorow unfortunately my experienced is soo bad .I visited this subway around 9 - 10 pm at late night .A girl server was very bad behaviour without any polite behaviour .she was looking agressively while I was asking her for adding veggies .and at last she didn't say thank you and any kind of warm regards.by and large never visit this subway during 9 to 10 pm while any girl working on this subway.very bad experience.

His customer-service approach makes him stand out of from other locations where not even a smaile to customers. More people like him. I had a terrible experience at this Subway location (838 Devi). The staff here clearly has no knowledge of the products, especially Payal. She was unable to explain the menu properly, did not guide me on vegetarian options, and showed no effort to assist customers in making the right choice.
Make sure to take your receipt as they will overcharge you. I had a veggie footlong and they had no Pattie plus I was overcharged for the footlong. So my total should not be more than 11 $ and they staff charged me 12.69 $
When you walk into a Subway, you expect at least basic product knowledge and customer service — neither of which exist here. If staff cannot even explain their own menu, it shows a complete lack of training and professionalism.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Save your time and money and go to any other Subway where staff actually know what they are serving. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway.

Terrible experience. Ordered through the Subway app, but the store was out of the bread I chose. Instead of fixing the issue, the staff (PAYAL) told me to just take cookies. When I asked for a refund, they refused and told me to cancel myself, which isn’t possible. Then the app showed the order as “READY” even though it wasn’t fulfilled. Zero help, zero refund, and very unprofessional service.
