Wed oct 23rd 5.30 pm I work near this subway and My friend asked me to order a Shawarma chicken wrap on my break for her break. The guy who was making the sandwiches, told me he doesnt have it and asked if Teriyaki chicken is okay. I came back to work to double check with my friend if she wants Teriyaki. I went back to subway and told the guy that "yes. She is fine with Teriyaki" In middle of making her sandwiche, he asked me what kinda cheese i want for my wrap. i told him please use the same cheese as #25, which is the shawarma wrap. And then he told me that he can make shawarma wrap if I want. I again told him that "yes, that is what I wanted from the beginning. But you said you cant make it." Anyway i got my wrap but not even an apology from the server. The whole conversation took like 20 minutes which is the full amount of my break. Maybe you should teach your servers the menu first.

Says 24hours open and they guy says they’re actually closed for cleaning 3am-5am. That’s false advertising. Wasted my time to come here and buy food and they’re closed. The sign on the door even says open. The guy inside there playing on his phone thinks it’s funny that I can’t get food.

Despite the kinda sketchy people who can sometimes be outside, it’s a good location! The staff have always been nice and the location is clean. I have no complaints! My personal fave sub is the meatball marinara.

When the other subway on Davie was horrible Gurpreet was there at Davie and Howe and gave the best service possible that I have ever had at a subway in my life, seriously lol.
Very attentive and such a kind guy, needs to be a manager ? or a manager of the Davie and thurlow location lol
They are using scopes for meat thats not fully wiped so every scope they pick miss some noticeable amount of meat inside .
