Horrible stuff, I will never go back to you ever again, do you know why, because the staff member had an earbud in and was having a conversation with their family while I was at the till trying to pay. They were speaking a different language that is usually common here in Vancouver, trying to hide the fact that they're speaking to people, it's obvious you're speaking to people, but since I understood their language I could tell that it wasn't a work phone call like the boss being in their ear it was just personal crap they were talking about. Completely disrespectful to the owners of the business for the fact that they have a job and so many people are struggling, and two you should be focusing on the customer in front of you.

BMX SICKNESS

The only reason I'm scoring this so low is because the girl who helped me yesterday around 12pm on Sept 14/2024 flat out lied to me when I presented my ID from the hospital where it clearly says on our website that 3 locations in the area offer discounts to hospital workers. I've gotten it in the past and unless I've missed something should've gotten it again. If subway is no longer offering this discount they need to contact PHC and have them remove it from the website.
My ID was honored just a few days ago so why would it suddenly not be valid?

This was crazy… I went through the door and waited for three minutes at 5 AM and no one showed up. I called to the back and pushed the swinging saloon door open to get service and the guy came out after 30 seconds and asked what he could do for us, after a brief conversation he told us he couldn’t serve any sauces and couldn’t serve us anything because of those sauces specific sauces. We said what if we don’t get any sauces? He said sorry it’ll take about ten minutes and I’ll be back. I know it sounds ridiculous and it’s so odd but... Bro… take care of your current 2 customers that you have in the past 3 hours and then make your ten minute sauces after 5 am? Refusal of service because he didn’t have 2 sauces. Just seemed so odd to me. The other subway on Davie and Howe was wayyyyy better.

Unfortunately, my experience at the local Subway was underwhelming. Despite ordering a footlong sandwich, the portion of meat and veggies I received was equivalent to what one would expect in a six-inch sub. The portion of chicken and veggies was disappointingly scant, with only four spinach leaves, five onion slices, four green pepper slices, and a mere five small cucumber slices. This lack of generosity in ingredients left me unsatisfied and unlikely to return.But it wasn't just the portion sizes that disappointed me. The attention to detail was severely lacking. The employee neglected to put a sticker on my sub before wrapping it, a basic step that shouldn't have been overlooked. Furthermore, their lack of concentration was evident as they seemed more engrossed in conversation with someone through their AirPods than in ensuring a quality customer experience. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and takes steps to rectify them for the sake of future customers' satisfaction.I have seen multiple reviews for this location about veggies. We went today and even though there was to many people, the lady was pretty fast and give great service to everyone, we really like the new globally inspired subway series, we ordered a cuban crunch and tandoori twist and were delicious!, the place has restrooms and is comfortable to eat there

I've given this place a try a few times. Usually order through the app and more often than not they mess up the order. When they do use the right ingredients, quantities tend to be light compared to other locations.

They are sparse with their veggies, to the point of being tacky. I ordered a footlong, they put on four small slices of tomatoes (not enough to cover the sub), I asked for more and was told they charge extra for it. Extra lettuce, extra cucumbers (more than the five put on my sub), I'd be charged. I've never seen that before at any other location, even with inflation being what it is. I will not be going to that Subway (Davie and Howe) again.

abhishek the male employee did not greet me or even look up when i was waiting to order my sandwich, I had to get his attention several times to have him prepare my sandwich. There was no excitement in the employees voice, it did not seem like he wanted to work there. i will not be coming back to this location.
