This place is a disaster. They wanted to charge for any cheese other than regular white mozzarella. Very chinsy with the vegetables and when you ask for the normal amount they want to charge extra. I eat at subway once a week and have never experienced or felt the need to review any location

Went to this subway tonight in hopes of a sandwich with lettuce on it, turns out there was no lettuce at this subway and I decided I didnāt want it anymore, the lady working said she was going to ācomplain about meā and told me I couldnāt just not get a sub. And she then cussed me out as I left the store. Do not go here lol

The girl at the front ( was brown but I don't want to name her), was probably having a bad day. After finishing my sandwich when I asked her of she could unlock the washroom, she said it's not working, whereas one of their employees had just finished using it. When I said I only need to wash hands, she threw the keys at the counter and said, when I told u it's not working, it's not working. U can check. I just asked for napkins instead and left. Worst behavior. She should stay home if she is in a bad mood but not misbehave with people who spend their money at her store.
Got a salad. Not very generous with portions. Need to be a bit more friendly.

Horrible stuff, I will never go back to you ever again, do you know why, because the staff member had an earbud in and was having a conversation with their family while I was at the till trying to pay. They were speaking a different language that is usually common here in Vancouver, trying to hide the fact that they're speaking to people, it's obvious you're speaking to people, but since I understood their language I could tell that it wasn't a work phone call like the boss being in their ear it was just personal crap they were talking about. Completely disrespectful to the owners of the business for the fact that they have a job and so many people are struggling, and two you should be focusing on the customer in front of you.
