Firstly, their staff is very very rude, we got order from here and there was smell in one of our bowl, when I went back to show them, the lady preet ( that's what she told me her name) she refused to change it to a fresh one. I politely asked to talk to a manager and she didn't even acknowledge anything and didn't call her manager at ALL... this is ridiculous service and honestly my family and I will never visit or recommend this place to anyone. VERY SMELLY WAS MY FOOD .... VERY BAD AND UNTOUCHED I BROUGHT IT BACK. RUDE STAFF AND POOR QUALITY OF FOOD!!👎

We ordered rice bowls in this subway and we were dissatisfied. There’s only 3 pieces of chicken with the vegetables and 2 spoonful of rice.we would never come back again very unsatisfied

Today I went there with my friend and the girl who worked there was very polite lovely and well behaved. She used gloves & very cleanly prepared our food. I think Her name was Komal & I will definitely go there again from now on. We really enjoyed. Thank you 💕🙏🏻

More crew members need to be hired. During my visit over the weekend, there was only one employee working, despite the number of customers waiting for their orders or for the employee to take their orders. As a result, our order was rushed, and the bologna that had been on the counter was quickly put back on my sandwich, which I find unacceptable. While I understand that the employee could only prepare one sandwich at a time, I believe hiring more staff would lead to more efficient service overall.

I visited with my friend, and the service we received was absolutely unacceptable. The girl serving us was completely inattentive and unprofessional. It felt like she wasn’t even listening to what we were saying, as if our presence was an inconvenience to her. She clearly lacked proper training and had no understanding of what customer service truly means. Her attitude made it seem like we were eating at her expense rather than paying customers deserving of respect. The way she served us was careless and disrespectful, and frankly, it ruined our experience. Staff like this need to understand that their job is to create a welcoming atmosphere, not to make customers feel unwanted and ignored. However, its wasn’t busy. We were only customer.

I visited the store with my family last Saturday afternoon. I ordered two sandwiches, and when I mentioned that there was an offer, she told me to place the order online. I did as instructed and sat down to eat. While eating, my child spat out part of the sandwich, saying there was a foreign object in it. Upon checking, it turned out to be a piece of steel wool. When my child informed the staff, she responded that it likely came from the bread. I was shocked to overhear this. There was no apology, and the attitude was as if it wasn’t their problem since it came from the bread.
Both my wife and I went back to speak to her, and even then, we received the same response. My wife, feeling upset, asked if an apology should come first. Only then did she offer a brief apology, and that was the end of it.
Not only was I upset about finding a foreign object that should never have been there in the first place, but the staff's attitude was also shocking and extremely unpleasant. It felt like our weekend afternoon had been ruined, and we were deeply disappointed with Subway, a place we used to visit once or twice a month

Ordered a 6 inch sandwich. Staff made a mistake and did a footlong. Apparently it was my responsibility to remind her. I was busy trying to get your stupid app to load the offer and didn't pay attention. Will never be back to this location or another Subway. Sandwich ingredients weren't fresh and had browned lettuce. Staff guilt tripping me and I had to apologize. Apparently, when you order food at this location you are supposed to watch everything they do with precision. What a joke.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl, and was given the smallest portion of rice from an employee who clearly didn't want to be there. The davie or granville locations both give actual portions that don't fill 1/3 of the bowl.

I dont know what the hell management teach there employees to put on as topings they charging 2$ for adding rice and putting even not a spoon of rice, i went yesterday as well and ordered wrap but they were having very old veggies. Myself am working as a food service worker but i never make this hell happen to someone’s meal.
