I visited the store with my family last Saturday afternoon. I ordered two sandwiches, and when I mentioned that there was an offer, she told me to place the order online. I did as instructed and sat down to eat. While eating, my child spat out part of the sandwich, saying there was a foreign object in it. Upon checking, it turned out to be a piece of steel wool. When my child informed the staff, she responded that it likely came from the bread. I was shocked to overhear this. There was no apology, and the attitude was as if it wasn’t their problem since it came from the bread.
Both my wife and I went back to speak to her, and even then, we received the same response. My wife, feeling upset, asked if an apology should come first. Only then did she offer a brief apology, and that was the end of it.
Not only was I upset about finding a foreign object that should never have been there in the first place, but the staff's attitude was also shocking and extremely unpleasant. It felt like our weekend afternoon had been ruined, and we were deeply disappointed with Subway, a place we used to visit once or twice a month

Ordered a 6 inch sandwich. Staff made a mistake and did a footlong. Apparently it was my responsibility to remind her. I was busy trying to get your stupid app to load the offer and didn't pay attention. Will never be back to this location or another Subway. Sandwich ingredients weren't fresh and had browned lettuce. Staff guilt tripping me and I had to apologize. Apparently, when you order food at this location you are supposed to watch everything they do with precision. What a joke.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl, and was given the smallest portion of rice from an employee who clearly didn't want to be there. The davie or granville locations both give actual portions that don't fill 1/3 of the bowl.

I dont know what the hell management teach there employees to put on as topings they charging 2$ for adding rice and putting even not a spoon of rice, i went yesterday as well and ordered wrap but they were having very old veggies. Myself am working as a food service worker but i never make this hell happen to someone’s meal.

Do not order from here after midnight. Twice in a row sandwiches arrived cold ( clearly marked toasted ) and paid for double cheese and no cheese at all on them. Very light sprinkling of veggies. I phoned the shop and the person who was working sounded like they were asleep and argued with me. Terrible service. I will go out of my way to avoid this location.

The lady working there is incredibly stingy and has never once seen her smile. We visited her for the third time, hoping that she might be feeling better since our previous visit, but it is still the same.

If you're craving for Subway, go to another branch. ANY other branch but this one. Went here three times (we thought the first time was a fluke, second time was to test if maybe the server was just feeling some typa way the first time, third time was the confirmation that this really is just a bad branch). The server always seems so disinterested and unengaged. They're ALWAYS SUPER STINGY with the sandwich fixins here (ask for black olives - you'll get 5 little ones, if you're lucky). Definitely going to another Subway branch to get my Subway cravings fixed.

I'd like to share my recent experience at Subway. I ordered two footlong sandwiches, requesting Italian bread and crispy onions. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were not made to my specifications. When I informed the staff, they told me to return the sandwiches. Upon returning them, the staff rudely discarded 1.5 sandwiches, claiming I had already eaten part of one, and refused to provide replacements. I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and professionalism in this situation.

Went there with my partner, I read they had Gluten free options and bread. So asked the girls do you know what ingredients are gf? And she reply no but the bread is gf. So am I buying bread then?. Asked again you you don’t know any if any of the ingredients is gf? And got a no. Not let me check, here we have a book. As poor as you don’t know. You can do better Subway

Subway location was ok, only one person working. Was a bit slow so a lot of customers waited for a bit. Food was good as I think all the Subways have a good food.
