This store is really awesome as compared to other stores. I don't know about other timings, but whenever I went in person to this location. Employee name Arjun always treat me nicely and make food like someone is cooking for themselves. My food always seems fresh, good in quality. Heads off to this employee who really work hard for food chain name subway. He is great and should be promoted asap to get increase in profits.

There are two South Asian girls who work during the day at this Subway location, and they have a bad attitude. I have gone to this location multiple times as I work within the vicinity, and most times I have gone, I have received a cold shoulder from the two same employees. Once when I was getting a rice bowl, I had to tell the girl to put in the rice and chicken into the bowl, otherwise she would've given it without the main toppings. I've also noticed that these female employees are nicer to non-minorities than South Asians, which is discriminatory. These two employees need to be given more training on how to create a good customer service experience as it seems like there's others who have an issue with their attitude. I have now started going to the Subway in Yaletown.
