Would love to be able to use the washroom when doing my driving job around town but they always say it's broken. Extremely rude and inhumane to deny washroom use. Cruel.
I just ate the worst sandwich in my entire life, how can somebody make a perfect franchise sandwich so bad how this possible ? I will leave the picture of the steak and cheese and all the veggies and you guys decide , I want to contact with the store manager actually taste was so bad store is so dirty insane dirth I don’t know how subway let you guys still open. Please take a look to this steak and cheese.
Seldom do I have an experience that drives me away from an establishment, yet becomes completely absolved in an emotional sense, by one visit- particularly unusual that notvmuch changed because it changed because of one reasonable staff member. Voice very reeled in, as though aware that many elsewhere and among his coworkers are speaking at max volume at all hours of the day. The staff member, knowing I am writing this, prefers anonymity, therefore I can only say that they were an emotional highlight when I needed to speak with my significant other and his kindness to allow my phone to charge to that end, was invaluable at 6am. Most places I have made similar requests to did not allow the same, on this or other days. His secret to doing this, for those interested, is not to make it as though it was encouraged (sure way to get management angry), he simply allowed me to buy my coffee and said a short charge wouldn't hurt. The emphasis is on the boundaries- a short charge, a conditional allowance. If I find out he gets punished for this i will boycott this business. But otherwise, it is my favorite restaurant location of the chain - purely because last time I had waited for tater tots, I didn't get an invoice or anything- one them and ghe had 70 dollar questions about who?

We were served by Gurpreet Pannu. Really professional and nice person. The store is in a sketchy location.

This one sucks mainly because of where it is. Lots of homeless. On the edge of where it is really bad. So it is pretty bad itself. About $6 for a chicken teriyaki wrap no rice. Pretty good deal. The Subway app is awful. I tried to use a deal but they didnt let me and the app would have taken about 7 hours to order through.

If there were an award for the worst Subway in existence, this location would win it without competition. It’s almost impressive how badly they managed to mess up a simple sandwich order.
I asked for a grilled sub. Guess what I got? Cold, limp bread and meat that looked like it just came out of the fridge. No grilling. Not even warm. Then, not a single one of the sauces I picked made it into the sandwich. It was like someone blindly guessed what to throw in and just hoped I’d eat it anyway. As for veggies? Total failure. I specifically requested crispy onions — was not there. It felt like they gave me the complete opposite of what I ordered.
Whoever made these subs clearly didn’t care one bit. Honestly, the person behind the counter had no business touching food, let alone working in customer service. If I were the owner, I’d have fired them on the spot. They just cost the store a loyal customer — permanently.
This wasn’t just disappointing — it was straight-up disrespectful. The quality, the service, the attention to detail — nonexistent. This location is a joke, and if you care about your money or your meal, avoid it at all costs.
Subway needs to shut this place down or clean house, because right now it’s a disgrace to the brand.

Trash. Just ordered from uber they didnt even include all the veggies i put on the order and filled the entire sandwhich with lettuce. Disgusting. I wasn't even trying to order from.this location because it doesnt matter when you order from her it is always grabage. Trainnyour staff. Or maybe they are trained to over fill with lettuce and leave all other veggies out!!! Not impressed i better get my money back!

Worst store I have ever seen, ordered a long foot subway they taken more time then expected then the delivery guy didn’t deliver to me and show it delivered. Not subway guy and delivery guy is picking our phone

another subway location where "new canadian" employees (with exception to the girl that was working at the time) have no food safe concept, guy working there was NOT wearing a beard net or changing his gloves between using the till. absolutely disgusting!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

It's pretty crazy that the employee would rather you pee at the park across the road than let you pee in the washroom in plain sight. As a paying 12" customer x 2 and not a random person I'm upset.
