The worst sandwich, worst service ever. All veges are frozen, cheap on protein, pouring sauces without asking. The staff is unhelpful.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The vegetables were not fresh at all — they seemed frozen, soggy, and completely ruined the sub.
I ordered a footlong, and even while the veggies were being added, I had concerns about their quality but felt it was already too late to change the order. Unfortunately, those concerns were justified.
I could only eat half of the sandwich before realizing that finishing it wasn’t an option, so I had to discard the rest. As someone who is very conscious about not wasting food, that felt terrible.
This was honestly one of the worst subs I’ve had, and I won’t be returning to this particular location.

We absolutely loved celebrating our wedding at Italian Kitchen. Everything about the experience was amazing, the setting was beautiful, the atmosphere felt so warm and special, and the food was incredible. Every single guest loved the place, and we truly felt so well taken care of from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Jeremy, our server, who was absolutely amazing, attentive, kind, and made us feel so comfortable all night. We also want to sincerely thank Paulina for everything she did for us behind the scenes to make our day so smooth and special.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important moment in our lives. We are so happy, so grateful, and will cherish this experience forever. Highly recommend!

Do not tip! The boss steals tips from the workers here!

I was here a few days ago and when I paid, the machine asked about leaving a tip. I thought this was unusual, so I asked the person at the counter if they got a cut of the tips. They told me that the owner takes it and the employees don't get anything!

Typical of Subways for this to happen. This is absolutely shameful!

The sandwich was otherwise really good and the restaurant clean. The employee was really good and friendly. I'm sorry they have to work here.

There is no bathroom access. Maybe the owners of this business should clean it themselves.

I just ate the worst sandwich in my entire life, how can somebody make a perfect franchise sandwich so bad how this possible ? I will leave the picture of the steak and cheese and all the veggies and you guys decide , I want to contact with the store manager actually taste was so bad store is so dirty insane dirth I don’t know how subway let you guys still open. Seldom do I have an experience that drives me away from an establishment, yet becomes completely absolved in an emotional sense, by one visit- particularly unusual that notvmuch changed because it changed because of one reasonable staff member. Voice very reeled in, as though aware that many elsewhere and among his coworkers are speaking at max volume at all hours of the day. The staff member, knowing I am writing this, prefers anonymity, therefore I can only say that they were an emotional highlight when I needed to speak with my significant other and his kindness to allow my phone to charge to that end, was invaluable at 6am. Most places I have made similar requests to did not allow the same, on this or other days. His secret to doing this, for those interested, is not to make it as though it was encouraged (sure way to get management angry), he simply allowed me to buy my coffee and said a short charge wouldn't hurt. The emphasis is on the boundaries- a short charge, a conditional allowance. If I find out he gets punished for this i will boycott this business. But otherwise, it is my favorite restaurant location of the chain - purely because last time I had waited for tater tots, I didn't get an invoice or anything- one them and ghe had 70 dollar questions about who?
