I ordered food and then was told the washroom didn’t work when in fact two minutes later they let a staff member in to the washroom. Don’t lie to your paying customers. It made the whole experience a less than 1 star.

A week ago, I went to Subway with my aunt. I’m a vegetarian, and when the employee made my sandwich, she didn’t change her gloves, even though she had just handled meat. She used the same gloves to prepare mine. I ordered a Veggie Patty, but she didn’t even include the protein — which was the main reason I went there.
Imagine how frustrating it is: being a vegetarian, hungry, going to a place expecting a safe option, and on top of that being treated poorly and served incorrectly. I understand the employee might have been tired, but that does not excuse the lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility expected in customer service.

I came in at 2 am after work on Thursday july 17th. The woman behind the counter said she’ll be with me in 5 mins. But she wasn’t dealing with other customers. I could see her doing her cash out. After 7 mins I just left. Imagine leaving a hungry customer without service and prioritizing a cash out. She needs better training in customer service. You leave whatever you are doing if it’s not urgent and take the order first.

I went there at 4:40 today, and the girl, Balljeet, is really rude. She even threw spoons of stuff in my sandwich, as if I were making her make it. She even made my sandwich incorrectly; it tastes so bad that after two or three bites, I throw it out because it was so poorly prepared. I'm not sure why they discriminate against members of their own culture.

Today, i visited here and all the things were so good. The food was so delicious and service was very good. Atmosphere was welcoming. All the employees welcome by great smile. I thanks to a girl, name Jashan, who made my food good and tasty.

There's not much point in reviewing the food, it's Subway. For being so close to the downtown eastside, it's very clean, the place looks like a brand new store, and the best part is that they are open 24 hours.
These guys are going to be my 2 a.m. snack more often than not for the few months I will be living here, this restaurant is going to make my experience living down here so much more tolerable.

Had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. I went in with a friend who urgently needed to use the washroom. We explained to the staff member, Hamza, that we fully intended to order food but asked if my friend could use the restroom first. He rudely denied access, stating it was “store policy” to order before using the facilities.
Not only was the attitude unnecessarily hostile, but this kind of policy—especially when someone is in visible distress—feels inhumane and unwelcoming. Is it even legal to refuse access like this? We’ve never experienced this at other Subway locations. Definitely won’t be returning.

I visited this Subway and ordered a sub to dine in. The food was fine, no complaints there. However, I had a disappointing experience with the service. After getting my food, I politely asked the lady working there if she could open the washroom so I could wash my hands. She told me it was closed for the night. I respected that and said okay.
But after eating, my hands were messy with sauce, and I asked again just to wash my hands quickly. She still refused. I even showed her my hands, hoping she’d understand it was just a quick wash, but she still said no. I had no option but to wipe them off the best I could without proper cleaning.
Honestly, I understand if washrooms are closed for security or cleaning reasons—but when someone’s eating in and just needs to wash their hands, it feels like basic customer service to help out. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with the attitude. Not the kind of service you’d expect when dining in.
