Lady at the front was extremely rude to me and my friends. I bought a sandwich and sat down. They had to go to the bathroom but then the lady said it was for customers only. I said I bought something and she still said no. My friend then goes to buy a cookie and she goes “No you buy a drink then you can go to the bathroom”. We literally all stood in silence trying to process. I guess the manager heard this and he poked his head around the corner and shook his head at her. She then sighed and started to bag the cookie that my friend was trying to buy. I understand not wanting the bathroom to be public use- but then people who buy food still can’t use the bathroom? I went back after having HALF of my sandwich like 30 mins later to use the bathroom and she said I couldn’t because I had to buy something “right now” for it to apply. Absolute BS.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received on Sunday, October 20, around 9:12 PM. The staff member at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered an item I have been ordering for years, and instead of assisting me, he raised his voice and insisted, “No, we don’t have it; this is not Tim Hortons.” incessantly.
This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. If he was new and unfamiliar with the menu, he could have simply said so, I totally understand. After this experience, I had to go to another Subway to place my order. When I later inquired at a different location about the issue, I was informed that the staff at the Chinatown location "are poorly trained and don’t know what they’re doing." This lack of professionalism reflects badly on your brand. I had an unpleasant experience.

This location tired to trick me out of using a coupon by first saying it was expired and then by saying you need to have a paper copy. The coupon clearly states you can use it on the app or in store AND the QR code was printed right on the digital coupon. I’m sure Subway corporate will be happy to hear from a customer.

I recently visited Subway and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, taking the time to make my foot long exactly as I wanted it. The ingredients were fresh, and the variety of toppings and breads allowed for a highly customizable meal. I appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quick service, making it a perfect spot for a healthy and delicious meal on the go. I will visit again for sure.
