Rude and lied about washroom being available. You are required to have a working washroom in your facility. I ordered food and then was told the washroom didn’t work when in fact two minutes later they let a staff member in to the washroom. Don’t lie to your paying customers. It made the whole experience a less than 1 star.

A week ago, I went to Subway with my aunt. I’m a vegetarian, and when the employee made my sandwich, she didn’t change her gloves, even though she had just handled meat. She used the same gloves to prepare mine. I ordered a Veggie Patty, but she didn’t even include the protein — which was the main reason I went there.
Imagine how frustrating it is: being a vegetarian, hungry, going to a place expecting a safe option, and on top of that being treated poorly and served incorrectly. I understand the employee might have been tired, but that does not excuse the lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility expected in customer service.

I came in at 2 am after work on Thursday july 17th. The woman behind the counter said she’ll be with me in 5 mins. But she wasn’t dealing with other customers. I could see her doing her cash out. After 7 mins I just left. Imagine leaving a hungry customer without service and prioritizing a cash out. She needs better training in customer service. You leave whatever you are doing if it’s not urgent and take the order first.
I went there at 4:40 today, and the girl, Balljeet, is really rude. She even threw spoons of stuff in my sandwich, as if I were making her make it. She even made my sandwich incorrectly; it tastes so bad that after two or three bites, I throw it out because it was so poorly prepared. I'm not sure why they discriminate against members of their own culture.

I just visited subway was going to buy drink and sandwich girl name is Jashan I asked for to use washroom first wash my hands then eat my sandwich but she refuse to use washroom said my manager said it’s our policies not to use washroom at night they just lazy staff doesn’t want to clean washroom saying always to customers washroom is closed that’s why it was empty no one was there to buy because no facilities we can use I just didn’t buy anything then

Today, i visited here and all the things were so good. The food was so delicious and service was very good. Atmosphere was welcoming. All the employees welcome by great smile. I thanks to a girl, name Jashan, who made my food good and tasty.

Low level of customer service around 11 :15 pm. I asked for washroom use.They directly say no to me they were busy in cleaning i was waiting for 7mintues they did not say hello hi anything. please dont go there.not recommended at all

There's not much point in reviewing the food, it's Subway. For being so close to the downtown eastside, it's very clean, the place looks like a brand new store, and the best part is that they are open 24 hours.
These guys are going to be my 2 a.m. snack more often than not for the few months I will be living here, this restaurant is going to make my experience living down here so much more tolerable.
