Waited for almost 20 minutes and the guy working started doing sandwiches for Uber eats instead of me the customer standing in front of him in the store. Not sure if this is the standards that subway is holding itself to but if it is than man is it bad. Go somewhere else for a sandwich. Why does the company only reply to positive comments. Maybe that’s why the customer service standards are so bad

I ordered fr this subway and the girl working there took long time to prepare my order. She had taken order for 3 people after me and given them the order, but I was still waiting for the order. It took her 15 min for my order while others got their order under 5 min. I don't understand why she did it. Very bad experience.
