Firstly, the salad I ordered online had no avocado when I picked it up. It was a disappointing salad with a wimpy look. I ordered avocado for $1!! Additionally, the chicken on the menu did not match the appearance to mine. Not worth it. I would always order a meatball sub, but this time it was not warm, and I ordered spinach in my sub, but all I got was 2 spinach leaves. Lastly, when I went to pick my food up, the person was not welcoming, with a face expression looking as if he didn’t care. I had to repeat my mobile order name quite a few times before I eventually got my food.

The bathrooms are “out of order” always. The bread has shrunk to half the size it used to be. The vegetables are not fresh (lettuce brown) and you have to ask to twice get a whole sandwich of vegetables. The fountain drinks are gone. The place is just not good.

Anybody who is vegetarian don’t go to this location, I was there on sep 11 and I ordered vegetarian sub. Fellow name Lovedeep or lovepreet was there making sub and he was using the same knife to cut the for vegetarian and non vegetarian subs. When I asked him aren’t you suppose to be using different knife for vegetarian subs, response was owner only gave us one knife for both subs. I tried calling the owner but he was too busy to talk. Reply came text only. After sending him text with all the info did not hear back from him.

The staff did not look like they wanted to be here. Haphazardly put my sandwich together and I had to ask to add more veggies as they were quite lighthanded with them. I also miss the old new menu. Seems very limited now. Missing the old staff as well. They at least smiled

Lovepreet at this location was great! She was fast, efficient, friendly, and got my kid to eat some cucumbers on the side! We will definitely be back next time my daughter wants a ham sub!
Food portion is so small, I ordered rice bowl, the bowl they gave me its half size of the other place portions. Not recommended

I ordered 2 subs from here a few days ago and I since that night I've had an upset stomach from a virus I'm certain I caught from their food. Ive spoken to quite a few ppl with the same experience. I'm not going through that again. You've been warned.
